Really a hidden little gem in Carrollwood and I think under-appreciated. Product is always fresh and tasty, clean environment and well priced. Great lunch or dinner takeout spot if you like Sushi but don’t want to drop $50 a person on rolls. Definitely check them out.

Tried this for the first time and was so satisfied! Got the large Poke with mixed greens base, three proteins: ahi, salmon, and spicy tuna. The choices of toppings is extensive. Everything was so fresh! The staff was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. The dine in area is basic but very clean and bright with fresh new appearing furniture. I wish it was closer to home, but I’ll go out of my way to eat there again.

A great affordable place for poke and not just great for the money, genuinely one of if not the best in the area. When make the trip from Spring Hill to visit the zoo or just about anything we choose those place because we like it the best. Our only disappointments have been the two times we drove all the way here and forgot they were closed on Mondays. If they ever feel like opening another store I'd say Spring Hill/Brooksville is ready for a Sailing Poke. Toootally not...
