A friend and I celebrated my 58th birthday at this establishment. I had the lobster and crab cake as an appetizer and I had the Salmon as my main meal. The Salmon was severely overcooked, it was bland and crispy throughout which was very disappointing.
The waiter was attentive and kind. I didn’t return the meal, I won’t ever order it again.

We went on a Tuesday evening. The food was very good, especially the lump crab cake! The strawberry refresher was also great for a summer evening without alcohol. The wait staff was pulled to work both outside and inside areas but still overall good service. I would recommend checking this place out, going back during their music events.

Aliyah was an incredible server. She was prompt and attentive and made sure our party was well taken care of. The food was incredible and and wait come back. I had the chicken and waffles. ❤️

I enjoy dinning here. My first time was phenomenal! My second time, not so much. I will say, each time I dined here, the food was always amazing! This place seems to be understaffed making longer wait times. The servers were pleasant and as attentive as they could be. An FYI, this place does have a dress code, be sure to review the website for the dress code details. I would highly recommend reserving in advance and possibly bring sunscreen or a small umbrella. We were sat directly in the sun!

I just came here for happy hour and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the roof top bar and the weather was perfect. The happy hour options were great and I thoroughly enjoyed all our food in drinks. I loved the tostones shooters, so good! All the bartenders were so friendly and made great drinks. Bathrooms were nice and clean! A great spot for drinks and food!

Dear Sal y Mar Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my birthday celebration at Sal y Mar rooftop this past June. I chose your venue expecting a special and memorable evening, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I had hoped for.
From the very beginning, the staff appeared disorganized and inattentive. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait longer than expected without clear communication. Throughout the evening, getting the attention of our server was a challenge, and our orders were delayed significantly. When the food and drinks finally arrived, some items were incorrect or missing altogether.
What made it worse was the lack of apology or effort to rectify these issues promptly. Considering it was a special occasion, the poor service cast a shadow over what should have been a joyful celebration. I’ve sent numbers letters and bo response to address the issue
I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service standards. I would like to believe Sal y Mar rooftop has the potential to offer a fantastic experience, and I hope future guests won’t have to face the same frustrations I did. Having spent hundreds of dollars when we could have gone somewhere else when clearly it was a very slow night for them .. NO apologies were made
It's was loved 🥰 my waiter was excellent and very professional and his smile and light up a room and he was also helpful ❤️❤️ all and all everything was on point and looked beautiful inside and out

Beautiful roof top bar and restaurant. Amazing ambiance! The whole fried snapper was delicious. However, the ceviche was a very small portion and had very little to no fish in it at all. The chicharron and risotto dish was very fatty and chewy. Had a lot of flavor but would not recommend.

Food was delicious, we had the loaded tostones with shrimp, AMAZING!!! Also had the chicken tacos and Huevos Rancheros, and both were Delicious!!! Service wise they have to work on. But the space was beautiful and everything was new and well coordinated. Loved all of it!!!

The oyster appetizer was outstanding followed by a delicious deconstructed Paella & a nicely prepared short rib dish. The server was very polite & even had the Executive Chef stop by the table to share a sample of the oil used to prepare the oyster dish. Was a very nice evening at a nice spot.
