As with any restaurant a order can come out not as expected. I received a phone call and a credit to my account ASAP! I highly recommend giving them a try! They stand behind their product and customer experience. I will be ordering from them again! Great job on the customer service side of business!!!
I ordered a pizza with detailed instructions about calling when they get here as I live in a condo. No call and he just left it on the outside of the condo entrance. Also he left his delivery note in Spanish and someone had changed the instructions. In addition, I was unable to reach the shop by phone.
Unfortunately, it’s not what it used to be. The pizza used to be by far the best in town. Tonight, I purposely ordered the most expensive toppings I could find on the menu. The meatballs were all dried up and small, barely any cheese on the pie in which I ordered two specific types. And the sauce was missing in action. I had to order the sauce on the side so my pizza became one big dipping stick. The staff seemed more interested in chatting in the back, but the counter girl...
