This bakery is a game changer for those who love bread but are counting carbs and fiber. I actually love the taste of these bagels and also their sourdough low-carb bread. I have been buying the same three things for a year or so and one time was sent something different but now I love it too. All their low carb bagel offerings are amazing. Fantastic selection of gluten free and low carb. Absolutely THE best I’ve ever tasted. I’m very picky about low carb. This is the best. Very little , IF ANY difference from “ regular bread “. Fantastic selection. I buy gluten free for friends they also LOVE it. Great bagels ,loaf bread and cookies.i travel 90mins one way about once a month.
