Be vigilant of your food and drinks. I actually witnessed the manger wipe snot from his nose with his hand and proceeded to fix drinks, deal with food and money. Pay close attention!! I left disgusted by his lack of professionalism.

During my recent lunch visit, I found the sushi at this restaurant to be decent in quality. I was left disappointed by the lack of attentive service from our server. It was evident that they were not fully focused on our table and seemed to be preoccupied with other tasks.To make matters worse, there were fruit flies present in the restaurant, which was quite off-putting and detracted from the dining experience. This added to my overall disappointment with the visit.While the sushi was passable, the poor service and presence of fruit flies left me feeling dissatisfied. I had higher expectations for this establishment and unfortunately, this visit did not meet them.

I ordered from Uber eats and the sushi was probably the best delivery sushi I’ve had.I ordered the crab Rangoon just because it was BOGO in the app and it wasn’t great and honestly wouldn’t eat it again, but will definitely order the sushi in the future!

Beautiful place with and quiet and private atmosphere. The entrees of crab rangoon and dumplings are exquisite. The sushis are very delicious too. I loved the Tokyo Rock and Roll. I have to go back to try the ramen. I truly recommend this place

I have to say the sushi was great, yummy, fresh just like you want sushi. Service was so-so. Server just left platters without a word, no descriptions, presentation of the food was plain to say the least. The atmosphere was meh. Odd lighting, smelled like a bleached cafeteria, tables left unbussed for too long. Go for the sushi but forget the ambiance.

Enjoyed a nice dinner out with a friend. I had not been to this location of Samurai Blue previously, and was very pleased with the experience! The food was delicious and the service top notch. I will definitely be back again soon.

Horrible service. Slow, not accommodating. Ordered sushi at 845pm, didn't get until after their closing time. Then was refused our dessert order because the kitchen was closed. Horrible customer service. The waiter never came and checked on us and never told us that we couldn't order anything else.Especially is upsetting because the sushi rolls didn't arrive until after 10pm which is their closing time. Very poor service from beginning to end.

The food was great, serviceas great. Only hiccup was that our Volcano roll took way too long, and it was cold when we got it. This was the first time that that happened. They took it off the bill, but everything else was outstanding!

Ordered via Uber Eats so obviously the presentation of the food got messed up en route however the food was still good! I’d love to go in person because their menu for sushi rolls is very unique and special and good.The crab Rangoons were good but a little flat, could’ve been filled a little more. And the dumplings were good too but were a little overcooked. But overall, still good. Finished it all.Vegetarian options: Sushi is all fish, no meat.

We are giving one start because is the minimum but no start will be better for this restaurant The service was horrible, waiters didn’t know the menu at all. We ask questions about the dishes and he will said that he is not familiar with these dishes and will point at something else. Waiters Voice “everyone ordered this“ ?. We ordered the sushi dinner and most of the fish were not fresh. We have two umbrellas coming in at the front entrance and only one umbrella was there at the time we’re leaving. The manager and everyone did not know what happened and nothing was done. The price was too high for the service that was horrible and the food was only okay.

Went there and service was terrible. Took 40 minutes before I had to get up and get a staff member to greet us and get us drinks. Took another 20 minutes for staff to take our order and another 40 To get our food out. Mind you we had younger kids with us but that is unacceptable. When asked to speak to the manager it took them forever to come out. When she did come out she was very unapologetic and was like well it’s a weekend what did you expect? If I could give this place a 0 I would. Sushi was 3/10.Go to oragami sushi on Hillsborough. Better prices and better tasting sushi and better staff!!
