Amazing to have great authentic Korean in Tampa. Definitely unexpected. In LA I may only give this four stars, idk... but all around loved my dinner here.

The jjam ppong was tasty, a massive portion, and filled with nicely chopped seafood bits, whole clams, mussels, and a giant prawn like a cherry on top.

0 complaints, will be back.

The food is very good and plentiful. It’s a homestyle Korean food restaurant that I’ve visited many times over the years. I recommend Sa Ri One.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly delicious either. I had better options. The seafood pancake wasn't crispy enough, but the portion was huge. The sauce for the beef short ribs was too sweet, completely masking the delicious beef flavor. The tofu soup was good, and the stone pot rice was also okay.

Delicious genuine Korean beerlf and Korean fried chicken. Sau es tasty and fresh. Komchi, and vegetable bowls fish and crisp. Great date location, that is not noisy or overcrowded.

Used to be the beat Korean place in Tampa but not anymore! Food quality was not the same!

The service staff are too slow. Since we were sitting in the innermost restaurant, it took them a long time to come around. The food was okay, but I wouldn't recommend the fried chicken wings.

Been here a couple of times and it has been wonderful 🄰 This last time the service was rush, rush, rush. We asked for the third round of staples since it was 3 of us, the waitress told us it will be extra charge. When we asked for another bowl of rice she told us the same thing, extra cost. Didn’t even finish eating when they were cleaning the table, rude. Will not go back, 😔

This place food-wise is a decent place. We ordered two stews, one bibimbap, one jjangppong and one jjajangmyeon.
The food besides the jjajangmyeon tasted great! It was full of flavor and was seasoned decently. However, the jjajangmyeon disappointed us all. The jjajangmyeon had close to no seasoning with a strong bitter aftertaste. They held accountability by removing the item from the check.

One thing to note of beforehand is the force they put into the exploitive methods showing how predatory and greedy nature. When given check, they proceeded to say ā€œthe tip has been includedā€ which I’ve heard to be 15%. However this was wrong. The tip that was included was 18% without including tax.

At the time I visited, it was bustling after around ~20 minutes it was filled to the brim with customers. This lead to slow service of such things including refills of water (where one request was denied) as well as the delayed and willfully ignorant employees.

In the end, I would like to summarize. Although most of the food is alright, their service may depend on time of day. Do not expect full accountability as well as the confirmation of taste—which is not guaranteed at all—but overall it was a quieter atmosphere and laid-back… until dinner time.

TLDR: Food, not so terrible. Service, alright. Accountability, nope.

Excellent food. I got the bulgogi pork lunch box and it was extremely filling. A lot of meat and not a ton of rice, which I appreciate. My cousins loved their bibimbap and soup cold noodles.
Great service too, as the ladies working checked up on our table often.

I came in craving extra extra extra dipping sauce for my Korean pork belly wrap — and then suddenly remembered… there’s someone else, who always gave me extra extra extra everything, without me ever having to ask.
Not here. Not today.
Just a quiet memory of a place that somehow still feels like home.

Maybe there are still people in this world who’d treat me this kindly.
But someone who does it quietly, without much word, and always just right…
Can there really be a second one like that? 🄹🄢✨

Thank you for the little things. They never go unnoticed.
