Employees—especially young students they deliberately hire to exploit—are treated poorly, often overworked and undervalued, in what feels like a toxic and predatory environment. There are even allegations that management skims off staff tips. Customers with dietary restrictions should also be cautious, as there have been instances of dairy being substituted for non-dairy options without disclosure. Altogether, these practices reflect a disturbing lack of transparency, integrity, and respect for both workers and patrons. The community may want to reconsider supporting a business operating under such unethical standards.

This is a fun place for mermaids! We love it here! The options are endless, its Puerto Rican owned and thr ice cream has juat the right amount if sweetness in it. The amount of toppings is also option heavy! Get a home baked chocolate cookie while in there, they are soft and chewy with a little crisp ams super delightful! The outdoor seating area is fun also! The sugar junkie in you will thank you!

I am thankful for the vegan options. I want to say her two ice creams. It was about 18 or $20. I can’t remember only because I’m posting this a while after we went. It was super busy, so the ice cream must be good. I did not really eat it. My kids did

Loved this place! The ice cream was sooooo good. The employees are super friendly and my sundae was made with love 🥰 would def come back when I’m in the area! Got the sampler with 6 different flavors and it fed 4 of us, definitely worth the price!

It is charming and cute place. The inside is very quirky. There is ton of choices to pick. I kept mine as simple as I got waffle cone with death by peanut butter. It is good.

The mother and daughter who run the store are the nicest people ever. My family really enjoyed the ice cream and coffee, and the cookies are hands down the best in Tampa. I highly recommend this place—I can see it becoming a Tampa Bay staple.

Went here today and there was such great service and great vibes! Everything was so delicous. Also theres a one worker named koa and his service was absolutely remarkable!

Adorable little ice cream shop. You must get the mermaid shake and the ice cream sampler, we got a few things but those were our favorite. Also the coco pebbles ice cream cone was delicious, fresh and crunchy I highly recommend getting it with your ice cream sampler (6 different ice creams and toppings) I broke up the coco pebbles cone and used it as chips to scoop up my sampler. They were even nice enough to split up my husband shake so the baby could have her own mini cup.
