Legitimately the worst food I have ever eaten in my life. $20 for chicken parm which is 2 chicken tenders covered in sauce. $5 for a salad with 4 peices of lettuce.

Greasy, dirty dining room.
Clean the glass on the back wall, ewww!
Saw kitchen employees not changing their gloves after handling trash/food/touching faces/putting gloved hands into their own pockets/touching door knobs and taking items from customers, then turning around and handling food with the same gloves.

Gloves are for protecting the food, not your hands. Please do better.

I love the entrance of the serengetty overlook pub.

If you walk in, you will see the dining area, and we got the all-day dining, which I think was really worth it!

The food wasn't bad, it wasn't fantastic but it's definitely doable for a day at a theme park. The service was okay, not the fastest we've experienced, but not bad.

We went to the bar for a drink and it was quite pricey, but nothing surprising. We then enjoyed our food with a drink, enjoying the view before we headed off to have fun with the rest of the roller coasters.

Grabbing frozen drinks (frozen jack & coke on tap?!) and sitting on the back patio overlooking the animals… yes.

Took over 2 hours to get 3 pepperoni pizzas(personal sized). Guests were being served out of order, stood over 20 minutes at the counter after already waiting 2 hours and had to call out the staff by name to be served food. Complete madhouse and very disorganized. Staff was un-bothered and in no rush. Pizza was at least hot when we finally got it.

Completely overrated and over priced... 60 bucks for 3 personal pan pizzas that look and taste like microwaved pizza with no flavor but to attempt to make it look fancy they sprinkled some Parsley on it... girl at front that takes your order is clearly miserable working here... woman behind counter that gives you your food was delightful... no atmosphere to comment on if this was interior designed it's the least attractive place at all of busch gardens don't let the outside fool you this is not fine dining of any kind

Had a great experience. My bartender Annie who's as tall as a giraffe was phenomenal. It was super busy, yet she was very attentive and upbeat. Will be back very soon to see baby giraffe.

Shrimp and hushpuppies were good. Waiter was knowledgeable about the entres. Food is a bit pricey due to tourist area. Overall I did enjoy my time.

Both the chicken and the key lime pie were really good. Just a heads up though, the sauce on the chicken is a little spicy but has great flavor

Deep regret buying the pizza. Deep Deep regret. For $16 for a flatbread sized pizza, the margarita pizza tastes like cardboard, has no slices of tomatoes, not enough sauce to basil. To be honest, who cares about the ingredients. It's just really not good. Massively worse than school lunches or store frozen pizzas etc. I heard from friends the soda was off too. But the A/C is nice, the staff is nice, no lines when I went, and the place was clean.
