At the pizza restaurant Ash served us, he took our order WRONG and served us in a very bad way, we had a problem with our all-dining card and he didn't know how to give us an answer or help us. Honestly, the experience ended up being exhausting.

Trying to mobile order and waited in line for over two hours, while the people that were not mobile ordering got their food within minutes. This is ridiculous. I’ve been in a food service industry for many many years and this does not work for me. I hope the food is good because I am making this review before I even get my food. I’ve been at the counter for 45 minutes upfront of the counter. And everybody else is coming around me getting their food and I’m not. Waiting for four pepperoni, pizzas and three drinks, and not sure why this is happening. all this money we’re losing time standing in line, and believe that the people that were ordering before us should have been queued back and they should’ve taken all of our orders faster and filled our orders faster. I read and write reviews all over the country because I am a truck driver, not a big deal have seen by over 1 million people and I did review about this place before I came here thinking it would be OK. But what happened today when I paid nearly $80 for four very small personal pizzas and three drinks is unacceptable. I will never come back here again and I don’t think you should either. If you do, don’t go in the mobile ordering line that’s ridiculous.

Simple but good food. Very cool spot to eat if you can get a spot outside. Didn't see anyone wiping down tables but people take tables as soon as one gets up. Was around 45min to get food.

Google should offer a zero star, because this is the most deserving restaurant in any theme park in North America. My 5:00 mobile order was ready at 6:16. What is the point of mobile ordering, if you still have to stand in line for an hour!? I watched people stand in the regular line, order, and get their food faster. Ridiculous! Add to the wait, the rude staff, and I guarantee we'll never be back, lesson learned.

I spent $68+ on two sandwiches with fries, two drinks, mozarella sticks and a cheesecake. Besides the fact the food is cold, the only good thing about it is that the subs do fill you up, they are okay but the fries, they looked they've been outside for a while, same with the mozarella sticks. The drinks comes without lids, the cheesecake was good. For that kind of money i expected more quality.

I must admit that I was disappointed when the crown colony restaurant and buffet were discontinued. However this little bar and restaurant are impressive. They seem to offer food and drinks not found in other parts of the park. Plus a nice quiet comfortable and scenic dining area to enjoy them. It certainly very easy to spend $$ here, lol

Stopped in twice while visiting today. First time initially wife and I were just gonna have a beer and sit inside and relax for a bit. Ended up ordering a pretzel with cheese sauce just to have something in out stomachs for the beer.Beer was good, I ordered a flight with bartenders choice & wife got a corona. Beer was delicious and refreshing. I can't say the same about the pretzel. It was stale in the the most epic of ways. The cheese sauce helped soften it up to chew and swallow. Yes, I could have retired it but I was too buzzed by that point to car and just ate as much as I could of it.2nd time we went back was becauze we wanted some pizza and we were close to it. Pizza was good (very hot and fresh) and the portions were huge. Mozzarella sticks were ok, nothing exciting about that. What you'd get from a bag of frozen ones you'd get from the store.The customer service was excellent both occasions and the area was clean.

The only thing we ordered was a pizza but it was good. The cashier was friendly and helpful. The food expediters seemed a bit confused on whose food was who's. I almost got the wrong order.
