If someone orders shack sauce how about we remember to put it in the bag… this is the 5th time yall didn’t do it like it’s not coming out of your paycheck. It’s rude and inconsistent and inconvenient making us go out of our way just to retrieve what we ordered. You think just because someone orders on uber they won’t come in, no you’re wrong. Just do your job for Christ sake.

Late night shift is not it. Friend waited over 30 mins for their order and the place was slow with business at 10pm. Uber orders are taking priority over in house customers. No remorse or rush when asked staff where order was. Still took 10 mins after asking to get order.

Arline was absolutely amazing! She greeted us with such a warm smile and genuine kindness that instantly made our experience better. She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with our order. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly attitude, but Arline did just that. Her positive energy made our visit so enjoyable. Shake Shack is lucky to have her, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to the excellent service she provided!
