We’ve been to the Shake Shack at Midtown Tampa two days in a row because my son (who’s super picky) can’t get enough of their burgers. The place is always spotless, the food’s great, and the staff is so professional and kind. Today he asked why the TVs didn’t have subtitles, and the manager actually came out and made it happen! That kind of service is rare these days. We’ll definitely keep coming back.
