Burger was good. Still trying to understand why the self checkout auto applied a tip…. If anything should be a rebate for not needing employee.Chicken was extremely greasy.

I didn’t even get to walk into the restaurant before I had a bad experience. I work in the industry, I understand that it’s a pain for customers to come in before close, so I typically don’t ever enter an establishment or a restaurant if they’re a half an hour away from closing, tonight, I had a long service myself, and I wanted to pick up some food for me and my boyfriend so I thought if I just ordered something quick and fried it couldn’t hurt. I walked up to the door and upon finding both of the entrances were locked 40 minutes before the closing time, before I even touched the handle of the door to knock, one of the employees looked towards me, glared, scoffed, and then proceeded to look away from me. Two or three patrons inside of the restaurant looked at me and then look back at the cashier. The cashier huffed, and then walked away. Then both the employee who saw me through the door, and the cashier went to the back together assuming to talk about the fact that I was at the door. I decided to walk away, because I did not appreciate being glared at by an employee with the establishment before their closing time, and being glared at while there are other patrons within. I’m no stranger to feel frustrated with guest and patrons coming in so close to closing time, but it is not something that I ever allow Myself to take personally, because it is my job. I would hope that next time the employees would be able to at least try to be more understanding. And would refrain from attempting to close the restaurant before it’s as standing service time.

We were late arriving to Tampa for a concert, so the quickness & efficiency of the staff was greatly appreciated! Not really fast food people, but we will definitely be back!
