Let me start saying that the people that are running this food truck are respectful and go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
Now, to what we came for: their food is immaculate, good, delicious, tasty… I can keep going forever, growing up in South America with a bunch of shawarmas for several backgrounds from several cultures, this feels like if you are eating it right home!! PROPS excellent Arabic food!!

I tried Shawarma Asham-Food truck and it instantly became my go-to spot for shawarma! The food is fresh, flavorful, and tastes just like authentic street-style shawarma should. The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, wrapped in soft pita with tahini.
Even though it’s a food truck, the quality is top-notch, and the service is just as good as any restaurant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and served everything quickly, even during a rush. The portions are big enough to leave you full and happy, and the prices are more than fair for what you get. I tried almost everything in their menu, but my favorite is the spicy Lebanese soujouk it is so delicious and the taste is unforgettable. Thank you so much Yomna and your partner, you guys are amazing people.

Since the new owner took over this place is literally from worse to worst, ended up finding a pre bited piece of pickle in our meals!!! Totally gross place to eat at
Amazing amazing shawarma. I got the chicken shawarma mosakhan OMG. I bet the regular chicken shawarma is as good. Light and even the garlic sauce, i think its vegan if im not mistaken, which is delicious.

Disappointed. Not impressed. I asked for extra pickles and extra garlic sauce when I ordered this. Then when they handed me my order I asked if they had given me extra garlic sauce and extra pickles and he said yes. So I trusted him and I did not look. But not happy. I tried to help by asking and asking again. Nope. You did not come through. Garlic sauce I did not care for either it was an unappealing texture and appearance. I was excited to discover this place but disappointed in the food and service. Outside seating looked lovely but I was the only one there. Good ratings but not for me on this day.
The chicken did have great flavor though a little dry. I tried the saj bread, usually get pita. I asked him what the difference was and he said thinner, I said, okay I'll try thinner. Not bad but super chewy and stretchy. So yeah, thin. Chewy. Stretchy. Very different. But good.

Disappointed. Thought I found a new spot for chicken shawarma with good ratings. I am 100% willing to update my review but as of my first visit yesterday, they did not make my sandwich wrap the way I asked them to and therefore it was completely disappointing because I went above and beyond in my efforts to make sure they made the sandwich the way that I know I really like it. I was almost through the whole sandwich before I ate my first pickle. I would have happily paid for extra pickle. However, I asked for extra pickle when I placed the order, I wasn't asked or told I needed to pay anything extra - but I would have agreed because I love extra pickles so much - and the person at the counter said okay. And extra garlic sauce too please okay? I would have also paid extra for this if required, but again it was not asked of me to pay extra. So I thought okay cool. Then, I waited outside, they have a pretty lovely spot considering it's in a parking lot, but I thought it was pretty nice, just perhaps not the hour when they are busy, because I was the only one there. When they handed me my order, I asked again, because we as we all know you need to look in your bag or check your order, if you're able to, before leaving the restaurant. But I did not. Why, you ask? Because I told them when I ordered it and I asked him again when I picked my order up. So shame on me, right? But anyway, would revise my review but as of right now it was not a good experience and I did not enjoy my sandwich very much.
I am from tampa, and I have at least 20 years of experience eating this cuisine in Tampa. So I'm not sure what they were thinking.
