Very extensive menu, with good variety. The items we ordered were good. I want to highlight the great customer service by Lacey. She was amazing, and very helpful by explaining the different rolls, and offering great options. You guys are blessed to have her in your team.

Ordered a never try ever roll & smoked salmon for lunch disappointed in the roll falling apart when picked up with chopsticks, and salmon not being smoked. For the price would have liked a better roll & salmon. I had better quality from location before might have to look into other options for sushi in the future

Went for father's day and it was very empty, not sure why. The sushi was pleasantly prepared and visually and tastefully appetizing. Gyoza was great and the fried ice cream was fun!
Server was attentive and nice, and the menu was plentiful enough I make me want to come back and try more rolls and dishes. The prices per roll are rather fair, and the bowls / entrees liked higher but we didn't try those yet.

It’s hard to find good sushi places—I’ve tried them all fo shooooo. I went here recently just to try it coz they got tamago fo realllll and ended up trying a roll. Let me tell you… ts sushi was so freaking good I went back the very next day. Even though I didn’t dine in it was very clean and the atmosphere is amazing ! The service was very good shoutout to literally everyone there they’re so kind and thoughtful and my food came out earlier than expected. I ❤️🔥 Shogun Sushi. Shogun Sushi 4 lyfe!! This may seem like a joke but I’m so deadass I love this place so much and I’ve only been here twice.

First time there and I loved everything about it. Service was well paced. Waitress was very sweet, kind, and helpful. Food was DELISH!! From the salad to the Tampa and Philadelphia to the spicy salmon nigiri. I can't wait to take more friends here to experience this great place again 😍🥰😋

Best sushi I've ever had. I've tried several others in the area, and none compared. They also have special chef rolls that are not on the menu at times. Great service and relaxing atmosphere

Last night was my fourth time going to this shoguns. I order the same thing all the time. I called in my order and my order was a plain order of fried rice.. no vegetables. When I get there my order is done I get ready to pay for it and it's 11.00 something. I'm like something's not right. The cost should have been 4.53. I asked her why was so high and she said I ordered the rice fusion dinner.. no! I did not ..rice fusion did not come out of my mouth. You get a salad and some soup for $11. But that's not what I ordered I know what I ordered. So she says oh you just wanted a side of rice. Now if I would have ordered a half size of rice they would have told me they don't serve their rice like that It doesn't come in pints and quarts. So she charges me the right price. Then she's getting ready to take my food back and dump the rice in another container ..in a smaller container. If I owned the restaurant I wouldn't have taken the rice back and separated it into another little carton not even a container. I thought that was pretty petty. You're at fault Shogun, not me ..I ordered the way I was supposed to order. If you just assumed that I ordered the fusion when I didn't then that's on you. If I own the restaurant and it was my fault I would have given the customer what she wanted. Because I know customer satisfaction. I know customer appreciation. I don't think you would have done a white person like this. I told you I didn't want the salad or the soup and the manager says well this is free how is it free when you're charging me a extra $7 for something that I didn't even order. Then when they brought the rice back she says oh we didn't have any containers so I had to put it in the styrofoam container that looks like a burger should be long in it. So I asked her what are you going to do with the other half of the rice the salad and the soup and she says the employees were probably eat it. I will never go back to this restaurant again because every time I go I have a problem. The last time I ordered from here I had a rude Caucasian blonde lady wait on me she had a bad attitude. You don't have to worry because I won't be back.

Our server Nelsy was outstanding, probably the most attentive and kindest server we’ve ever met. We came here thinking this was another restaurant (the buffet with same name) but we stayed because the server was so nice. And we are glad we did it because the food was amazing. The fried rice was delicious and the sushi was fresh.
