Just had a fantastic meal at Shogun Sushi! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu items. Highly recommend!

Traveling through Tampa. We liked everything overall. The waitress/hostess Lacey was absolutely wonderful! Crab ragoon wasn't crispy as we expected, but decent. Saturday special on sushi! Buy 1 get 1 half off. Fried rice- shrimp & veggie were delish. Minus the shrimp. Both rice & sushi shrimp was over cooked & rubbery. Honestly still enjoyed meals, would come back if we were traveling Tampa again. Lacey is 5 stars!

A true hidden gem! The food here was simply divine and incredibly reasonably priced. The staff was absolutely amazing! A younger group that was prompt, courteous, and completely in sync. My new go to spot for sushi.

A Treat
What a pleasant surprise in the Walmart plaza! I usually avoid this plaza but have now found a reason to come back regularly. Food was fresh and tasty. All of the items looked great too... very admirable work and care with each piece. With so many sushi places to choose, this one is an easy 'yes'!

The sushi tasted good but the portion size is too small for the price. I got 6 pieces in one roll and 5 pieces in the other roll, which I found inconsistent. Usually at other sushi places, if they cut it in 6, the pieces are much bigger. I’m definitely still hungry and usually I’m full after 2 rolls or can’t finish. The ingredients were fresh and one of the 2 rolls were yummy. The Boston roll they skimped on the avocado and only gave me 5 pieces. In all, it wasn’t bad but there’s better sushi restaurants out there for sure.
The service is great, but the food isn't that good. There are not many sushi options.

Nice and quiet on a Saturday around 1PM for lunch. I enjoy the atmosphere here, as there is a relaxing waterfall display at the front of the restaurant. The staff was delightfully helpful and friendly. Chicken friend rice was well made. I would definitely have it again. Sushi was all good as well. I was pleased with the portions of ginger and wasabi. All in all, two thumbs up.
