Who knows how the food tastes! Man and a Woman workingWhen I walked in they told me they had a big order and it would take a while to wait on me. That's fine, I hung out a bit while they cooked 4 hot dogs, and about 8 burgers. Checked their list, ran in back, added finished orders to bags. Meaning there were breaks between items being cooked, finished and new ones started. Neither looked at me. They wanted me to leave. I waited bc I understand what it's like to get hit with a huge order. But poor things didn't know you can insert helping the actual human being standing there between online order items. That's a MANAGEMENT/OWNER problem. Obviously I won't try it again. But also? there was items dropped on the floor, picked up with a gloved hand, same gloved hand went back to food prep. ? It kinda seemed like the place was in the process of going out of business maybe? Anyhow, felt WAY worse leaving than I did arriving. ?

I came here one day after work and was excited to see they have gluten free buns. Mo made my burger and provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. She made sure I knew what was cooked in what part of the kitchen to avoid gluten contamination (I have celiac) and ensured safety by changing her gloves for me without hesitation. She went out of her way to check the ingredients of the oil in the fryer (soybean) to prevent me from having an allergic reaction. The food was made perfectly to order, and was delicious. Thank you Mo, and thank you Shula Burger!
