Who knows how the food tastes! Man and a Woman workingWhen I walked in they told me they had a big order and it would take a while to wait on me. That's fine, I hung out a bit while they cooked 4 hot dogs, and about 8 burgers. Checked their list, ran in back, added finished orders to bags. Meaning there were breaks between items being cooked, finished and new ones started. Neither looked at me. They wanted me to leave. I waited bc I understand what it's like to get hit with a huge order. But poor things didn't know you can insert helping the actual human being standing there between online order items. That's a MANAGEMENT/OWNER problem. Obviously I won't try it again. But also? there was items dropped on the floor, picked up with a gloved hand, same gloved hand went back to food prep. ? It kinda seemed like the place was in the process of going out of business maybe? Anyhow, felt WAY worse leaving than I did arriving. ?

This place is just terrible, I've given it 3 tries now. Over the course of a year, so it's not like it was a rough week. This is a deep rooted problem in this restaurant. Different employees each time, and still same problems. They're sweaty, wiping their foreheads then handling the food it's disgusting. They're slower than turtles, from taking the order, to making the food, it will always take at least 30 minutes to just order and get your food. So don't come if you're in a rush.

Honestly the burger was just okay. I got the French inion burger. It was unique but it was just okay. I would go back but wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

Decided to try this place out while in town for work... I read some of the other reviews and noticed that they offered gluten-free buns, so I decided to try it out. Unfortunately, I hate to have to give a one-star review but this is all this restaurant was worth. There was a huge issue with the payment system where it went down while I was ordering and I ended up having to pay with cash. Not only was there a line of people waiting for orders but there were people waiting in line that ended up leaving because the check out/credit card process was not working. Next, there were multiple issues with Uber orders that should have been handled in a more professional way. Lastly - the food. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger/meal and asked for extra mayo. When I received my order I did not see any sauce on my burger so I asked for an extra side of mayo which they did not have. The restaurant ran out of condiments and mayo is the only condiment I place on my burger. Also, the sweet potato fries were greasy and I wasn't impressed with the gluten-free bun. Because of the multiple issues I experienced and the fact that the restaurant was not prepared for Super Bowl Sunday by either having more staff on schedule, ensuring all condiments (especially may) and toppings were available, I give this place a one-star review. Ambiance was nice but because of the chaos of the staff and management, it changed the energy of the space.

Worst burger I have had in some time at Fort Lauderdale; not Shula quality. Burger was a dried hockey puck. Avoid in Fort Lauderdale.

Everything was made fresh. Burger, fries, onion rings all fresh. The burgers were great and larger then expected. We got the blue burger and the sobe spice burger and they were delicious.
