We loved this place years ago and still love it just as much today. Excellent service and excellent choice of steaks and sides. Very clean and the staff is exceptional. Outstanding wines too!! Very elegant and extremely clean. Highly recommend.

The primary reason we often stay at the Westshore Grand is Shula’s. Now because of comid only the bar is open. Full service beautiful bar area with a nice limited food menu featuring the famous Shula burger. Bartenders Sam or Sean are terrific. Tina cooks up a great burger or other bar food favorites. Nice wine list. Excellent atmosphere.

Go to capital grille instead and save yourself the frustration. This place is lackluster at best, totally overpriced, and the wait staff is simply hotel servers trying to be higher end. It's not a good look. The food was bad. Not worth the money. Staff was less than accommodating. Sent steak back and should have sent another back but were too embarrassed to send two out of three plates back. Steak that was sent back was simply put in the microwave and returned back to our table. The steak was untouched but the plate was piping hot. I could not believe what I had seen. Especially for $52 for the steak. I also could not ignore how many dishes were being banged together and how many plates and utensils were being dropped by the wait staff throughout the evening. We were in the restaurant for a little over an hour and 15 minutes and I'm not kidding you when I tell you that there were at least 10 different instances where somethings fell on the ground or a glass fell over on a tray or one of the waiters haphazardly stacked plates while clearing tables. It was to the point that we had to stop our conversation and look up to see what was going on several times during our meal. I've been to many steak houses like this before and have never experienced this sort of behavior. The icing on the cake was when the waiter brought my credit card back to me and proceeded to drop my credit card on the floor as well. Everyone here is essentially a regular waiter from the hotel that simply works shifts at the steakhouse. They are certainly not able to work at a true higher end steakhouse. I leave the extra star on this review only because the manager, Jim, owned up to the mistakes very well and provided us with complementary breakfast for the next day. Other than that I need this to say I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Truly the worst steakhouse I have ever eaten in and I have been fortunate enough to eat at many. We were one of the first to dine tonight and one of the last to be served but the worst part was the food. My steak was luke warm almost cold, so I sent It back. The second steak came back even cooler. Our sides were cold when they came out and never got replenished given the steak was cold. I asked two friends to join us and am embarrassed they did. We will never eat here again. Period. The service was terrible and slow. The manger was indifferent and could not care less that I complained. Do not eat at this restaurant.

Our meal was very good, but my husband's entree did not arrive when mine did. The waiter had made a mistake in ordering and the missing food came well after I had completely finished. The manager apologized and provide an appetizer to compensate, but the whole experience was a big downer on what was supposed to be a celebration meal.
