Love the cupcakes but the New Tampa location store is quite gross! The sewage smell that hits you when you walk in is so overwhelming that half the people in our group refused to purchase anything. The inside seems outdated and needs to be remodeled, and during checkout there were sugar ants crawling around the counter. After we got home with the few Cupcakes that we did purchase. Everyone decided not to eat them. The store really should be inspected...And apparently it's 2004 in their store. Or at least that's what it said on our cupcakes. Lol

Pre-ordered cupcakes for Christmas and was supposed to pickup on the 24th at 12, when we arrived at 12:30 was told to come back at 3 to 3:30, we explained that we we leave about a hour away and just wanted to cancel for a refund. We were told that the owner would be back in on the following Tuesday for our refund and that never happened and every time we call we’re told haven’t heard from owner.

They have a oil scent machine that runs and makes the place smell so bad. You walk out smelling like it. The cup cakes taste like it. When reaching out the owner was rude lacks customer service skills. Was very good then something changed and it's went downhill. I'd rather have store bought cupcakes then over price perfume cup cakes.

Excellent spot for dessert; the cannoli cupcakes are a standout. There are ice cream, cookie, and macaron options as well, but I only ever get the cupcakes and am consistently impressed.

Nice place. Good products, But it stinks in there. By cleaner or something. Maybe they had just cleaned, but light a candle or some thing. My goodness. I could hardly get my six-year-old who loves cupcakes to stand in there for two minutes while we bought one. Also, I could hardly understand the person telling me how much things cost. An odd accent I couldn’t place. I’m all for people of a different kind, but being able to be understood is important.
Different flavor cupcakes here and they didn't really call our attention.Nevertheless, we ordered the caramel crunch on a chocolate based cake. It was already made. We split it and it didn't really seem like a big deal. Unfortunately we did feel that this cupcake was dry and not very extraordinary At least we tried it. Not only do they have cupcakes, they have ice cream, cookies, party accessories and girl gift accessories. The person working was very nice!

I love their pink vanilla the best. I appreciate how big these cupcakes are and how much frosting is on them! They also do really fun themed cupcakes for the holidays

First time here....we walked in and were met with a foul smell...smelled like a strong bathroom smell. No bueno!We picked out some cupcakes, asked for water and were told no...they didn't have any. Asked for a plastic knife(any knife really) to cut cupcakes to share... Again we were told no. No knife in the entire place. The guy was nice but customer service could possibly use some improvement. We decided the smell was too overwhelming to eat our treats there, so we took them home. I really wanted to not like the place but the cupcakes were absolutely freaking delicious. We both decided that the lemon drop was the best cupcake but the cookies and cream was insanely good as well.... Not just the icing, but the cake part also. Great treats...but enter with caution. Lol

I was in there yesterday, and the variety was amazing. Very moist & delicious. Friendly service. Much better than Publix. I don't find any of the Publix bakery cupcakes to taste fresh anymore in Tampa. Wonderful place to do some splurging for the family!
