Subpar service, they were out of Brisket and eggs… but then magically found AN egg out of nowhere. Forgot my friend’s fries and had to remind the server him of my shot, that I ordered. The service was very slow. The food was ok but the place was pretty empty for a Saturday night. Are they going out of business?

I had the pleasure of dining at Smokey Bones in Citrus Park recently, and I must say that our server, Cat, made the experience absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we were greeted at the door, she exuded warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entire time.
Throughout the meal, Cat was attentive without being intrusive. Our drinks were always full, and she checked in at just the right moments to ensure we had everything we needed. Every interaction had a genuine sense of care, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests.
By the end of the evening, we felt like we had enjoyed an excellent meal and made a new friend in Cat. The service we received was outstanding, and it truly elevated our dining experience. I would highly recommend requesting Cat if you visit Smokey Bones, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you for a fantastic afternoon.
