Went in on my break expecting decent service instead waited for 20 minutes and watched everyone else get their orders before mine because the lady working the counter was alone as the other two employees sat back on their phones just to find out the lady working alone forgot to make my drink which held me up and made me late going back into work. I will not be returning to this location

Ordered 4 smoothies on Christmas Eve. May have been distracted while ordering as I was on FaceTime with my best friend who just had her baby, but I was quick to order and made sure to tip and said thank you. Got home and noticed one of the messages written on my cup was “be polite!” I wish the employee who had an issue with me being on the phone would’ve said something in person instead of leaving this message. Definitely not in the Christmas spirit and if I would’ve noticed before leaving the store I would’ve inquired what I did that was so bothersome. Smoothies are great, but this was definitely upsetting to see.

Posting a review for the excellent service! I had placed my order ahead of time but due to unexpected circumstances, I couldn’t pick up my order for over an hour. They offered to make me a fresh one when I got there and I was very grateful for that. Great service and good smoothies.

I’m a frequent visitor at the smoothing king on W. Gandy Blvd. Timesha is always very welcoming to customers as they enter the building and her attitude is always positive and refreshing. She has been able to provide lots of great insight as to the best smoothie for me based on my goals. Great service!

There are a lot of smoothie businesses out there and I have tried all the franchises. Smoothie King by far has the best-tasting products. I'm a big fan of the active recovery strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌. I normally get the medium size. It's the goldilocks. Actually if it's a franchise and not Smoothie King I don't even go there. Smoothie King or nothing.
