Walked in at 7:30 PM Tuesday, January 2nd 2024, and waited 10 minutes watching the older gentleman behind the counter wipe down bottles and ignore me standing at the register waiting to place an order. Ended up just walking out. Worst experience of my life, acting like I didn’t exist. Truly

I came here at around 8:30. I just happened to think that the lady in the back closes the doors at 9. Nope! Doors locked and closed at 8:30 pm. Ridiculous!

The Smoothie King app is not currently working, so I called into the location to place an order for pick up while taking my son to school, the girl on the phone refused to make an exception and allow me to order ahead for pick up. I explained we would not have time to sit there and wait for it to be made as we needed to pick it up on the way through, she did not care. Absolutely terrible service when your app is not working and it is not my fault, and there is no other way to order in advance.

Pedro is the man! About a month ago There was two kids in front of me ordering smoothies but their cards would not go through. I watched Pedro take out his own personal and pay for them. Not only is that guy caring for his customers he also makes fantastic smoothies. We need more people like Pedro and that's why I recommend the smoothie king

I was very disappointed in the disrespect by the young African American girl working on 8/10. She was unnecessarily rude and had a bad attitude. Everyone else that works there is nice. This location also does not offer the same perks and upgrades as other locations. I wont be going back.

I come here everyday and get a smoothie bowl for lunch. The food is consistent and delicious :) The workers are very kind and always remember my name and order without me having to tell them. I will continue to come here daily :)

This is purely a review for the young woman working there. If it were for the store it would be much lower. I went in at the lunch hour and she was the only employee in the store. She was juggling washing containers, handling tons of online orders, cashier and customer service. I did not catch her name but she should definitely be applauded for her excellent customer service. There was a rude customer as well during the 25 minutes I was in there (yes I waited patiently as I knew the predicament she as in) and she handled it all with grace. It was great see someone so young running the entire show with a smile on her face. However, management certainly failed her with not having another single person there to assist during what is arguably the busiest time of day on a Monday.
An update my boyfriend ordered smoothies for us from here and I hoped after a few months of not ordering from them they would maybe be better. Nope same thing as always basically ice and milk with a slight hint of strawberry. I even asked for 2 extra things of strawberry too it And his mixed berry smoothie was not the best either not much flavor at all. So annoyed.

Terrible customer service.I walk in to place my order, I wasn’t sure what I wanted so I stepped back as someone was walking in (pretty buff guy)The Older man goes on to say, this guy definitely knows what he wants. You can tell by his looks.. -_- …I approach the counter, still unsure what protein I want. He rushes me & says.. What do you want.. something green, something pink or juicy… As a woman who just gave birth a month prior, who has gained some pounds, I was so embarrassed. I couldn’t get out of there quick enough.Wont be returning. Just wanted to warn the next.

I went here on a Saturday afternoon and there was no line. I ordered the Vanilla Slim n' trim and it was very good. The workers were fast and pretty friendly. Never had an issue with this smoothie king, they are always awesome!!
