I was in a hurry, so I ordered ahead on the app. My order wasn't ready by the time I showed up, nor did it seem to even be acknowledged until I arrived. My order had to be remade and wasn't made correctly either time. The employee took no effort to ensure the order was correct.

5 stars for service. But the product received was more like 1 star. Bananas was brown, strawberries was extra mushy, not what you would expect from a fresh fruit smoothie bowl. And also the quantity of fruit given, definitely not 11 dollars worth.

Great smoothies, just got to get here before the gym gets out. They flock to this location before and after. The menu has something for everyone whether or not you just worked out or not. The menu actually has more items listed on their website, so check it out first.

My daughters ordered smoothies off the app for delivery. Never came, although “Louis” was on his way via text. Staff basically told my 12 and 13 year old they were out of luck but they could order another smoothie. Yes, yes they can. From another smoothie place. I don’t know who your staff is running this place but I would give their and your heads a good shake when it comes to customer service
My daughter loves the açaí bowls. We came in for her a bowl and hubs and I got a smoothie. So many options that it was a bit overwhelming! We ended up getting a strawberry smoothie. Smoothie was good however so expensive. Spent close to $40 on 2 smoothies and an açaí bowl. The store was extremely HOT not sure if the ac was out or not but I couldn't stand waiting in there it was so hot. The açaí bowl took the longest to make and when it was ready, unlike other orders whereby they'd call out the order for you to pick up, she just sat it on the counter and walked away. There was another family there waiting for their orders as well so I really didn't appreciate the lack of service.

I got the PB acai bowl and I didn't want the PB drizzle on top or blueberries instead I wanted honey and mangos and not only did they mess up once but they messed up twice.. I looked at the bowl picked up and just left.

I have read the reviews and I respect everyone's opinions. As for me and my experience with this location and the employees, it's been great. Roberto Z and Charlie are exceptional employees. Hopefully, they are rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Keep up the good work guys!

i wasn't sure if i was gonna leave a review but a few weeks ago I stopped by smoothie King on my break and went to get a smoothie when I came in I ordered everything was going fine till the employees friend brought them in Taco Bell. The employee who was making my smoothie proceeded to eat the Taco Bell lick their fingers and continue making my smoothie without washing their hands. The cross-contamination is outrageous and it's definitely something that they need to work on as an establishment.
