Rudest girls working the counter this morning i ordered mango strawberry recharge they got my order wrong gave me a drink with bananas and strawberries so I went back in told them they made a mistake and then argued with me about saying it’s my fault I need to ask for bananas to not be in it when there are no bananas in the ingredients of the smoothies so that doesn’t even make sense they are always getting my order wrong

Went to redeem free smoothie, like advertised everywhere. Showed my app to the person and the redeem did not pop up. The worker did not help me look for it and was not nice about it. When i should have been allowed promotion. It was completely false advertising. Overall upset about the customer service.

Came in today to get smoothies for my kids. Asked for a spoon but the cashier was hesitant so she turned to who I'm assuming was the manager/supervisor and asked her. She said no, so I explained that my kids just came from the dentist and wasn't able to drink from a straw. Supervisor asked if we purchased one of their bowls and the cashier said no. Supervisor then told her no she couldn't give us a spoon. Instead of giving us a spoon that costs them 2¢ they ended up losing a customer.

I don't understand how every time I get the samr smoothie it tastes different and then I bring it back in and they're looking at me like I'm an idiot.I don't think there's one smoothie King that we can gets it right anymore.Your girl working offered to make me a new one but if the outcome is the same why bother? Her attitude showed that. I threw away the smoothie because obviously she didn't know what she was doing being I've purchased the smoothie at least 100 times..I turned and left today when I saw she was working.

I come here frequently. Their smoothies are phenomenal. Yes, of course there has been some customer service issues. But unfortunately it is hard to find people who are 100% perfect. I reached out to their manager for some assistance, due to an issue I had one night. And the manager handled the situation with extreme professionalism. That’s what makes me come back. Their products are beyond the best. And their manager is great. Most of the employees are terrific. But you can’t let one bad apple ruin your day.
