The staff here were so kind and the menu was HUGE! A plus that everything is done with intentions of being healthier. All menu items were completely customizable as well. We got a little bit of everything!

Today was our first time and it certainly won’t be our last! Nicole was so helpful and you can tell how much she cares about her customers. She walked us through everything and gave us a great recommendation. Even when it started to get very busy she handled things with ease, going out of her way on numerous occasions to make sure all customers were taken care of. She even knew some of them by name. Would definitely recommended stopping by!
The food was fantastic too! We had two build your own bowls, a berry tea, and the banana date smoothie (Nicole’s recommendation, it did not disappoint).
We didn’t order ahead, but it wouldn’t hurt depending on what time you’re going. They got busy fast! Although everything still came out pretty quickly.

We had a great experience at sofresh! The food is healthy and affordable. We tried smoothies, the superfood bowl, a buffalo quesadilla and a Caesar wrap. It was all delicious!

From the moment I walked in, Eric completely turned my day around. He patiently waited while I wrapped up my phone calls, greeted me with genuine warmth, and made ordering effortless with his thoughtful recommendations.
I went with the Kale Basil Pesto Wrap with bacon and grilled chicken, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned for the price. The quality and taste exceeded my expectations.
What stood out even more than the food was Eric’s kindness and professionalism. He made the experience feel personal, as if I’d just made a new friend.
