Ridiculously expensive for the amount of food you get $10 for these tiny salad bowls and in order to add any protein is at least $4 and they give you these tiny little pieces. The drinks for awful got a banana and date that tasted like dirty water and a tropical smoothie that was just pineapple. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a good health meal.

New ownership same terrible service. They won't acknowledge or respond to you when you're picking up an order but will treat you like a thief when you try to grab it yourself. Just make the trip to the one on westshore.

Pleaseeee make it a thing to add more garlic seasoning to the garlic noodles😠i had a few different locations make my noodles with extra seasoning and it was the best thing i ever had i went there everyday for months actually and then i moved to temple terrace and this locations had officially messed up my order 3 times even though they say i got you with putting extra seasoning and dont i miss the old garlic noodles with more flavor ive got at least a hundred dollars worth of bad noodles tasted like water ughðŸ˜

Staff were rude to my husband when we called to place our order. Our bowls were wet and smelled of vinegar. The lettuce in our bowls was brown and wilted. Our food appeared to have been chewed and then spit out. It was all weirdly clumped together.

I just love coming to this SoFresh location!! The staff and management are always upbeat and the food is on point!! 😋 😋
Last Friday was my first time coming here and I did a mobile order during lunch hour. It was quite easy and as soon as I walked in, my order was ready for me. I loved it! Cannot wait to come again. Thankfully, it was quite empty when I came. Was greeted and welcomed nicely. :)
Love that they had so many options to pick from and very healthy.
Only downside is that they do not give enough food for a pricey large bowl.
Other than that, pretty good and 4 stars!

I've been loving this place for a while but today when I decided to order a poke bowl with ahi tuna early when they just opened, they gave me something that I did not expected. The raw tuna were obviously from the day before. It's brown, soggy, and tastes gross. I did called them before writing this review but a lady told me that it's normal and fine to eat. I don't want to say more but I will attach a bunch of pictures of the SAME bowl that I have had before and today (the first image is the bowl I got today)

Dietary restrictions: I have to eat gluten-free and cannot have a lot of different spices. I wish I could make more decisions on what things are cooked with. However, I like the options that are there.
