SoFresh never disappoints! Wonderful selections, extremely fresh ingredients and generous portions. As a bonus, even the app is easy to navigate while placing online orders. We just bought a home in the area and SoFresh has become our go-to spot when we have no time to cook, which is often.

Honestly has to be in the top 5 worst foods I have ever ate.
The sweet potatoes were not cooked through properly — I could feel the grittiness of the potatoes as I chewed through them.
The meal was beyond plain — I expected a home made sauce but it was pre-packaged. The only saving grace to the meal was covering it in the sauce.
Airplane food has more culture and spice than this, and that’s saying A LOT.
Also the hours were incorrect — phone stated it was open till 9:30, crew claimed it was 8:30.
If you’re looking for a build your own bowl place, look elsewhere. This is the worst I’ve seen them come.

I’ve never left a negative review for SoFresh before, but this experience really deserves one. I left a small piece of feedback through the automated system after receiving an order where the lid wasn’t fully closed — half my bowl spilled out. Instead of addressing it like a professional, the owner, William Wolf, personally messaged me on my private phone number to argue with me about my feedback.
He told me I was “attacking his leadership” and to “take it how I want it.” That’s not leadership — that’s ego. Real leaders handle criticism with maturity, not with defensiveness or passive-aggressive messages to paying customers.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’ve never seen a business owner handle feedback so poorly. If this is how they treat customer input, I can’t imagine how they treat their staff.
Do yourself a favor and visit a different SoFresh. Until corporate steps in, this location’s management clearly cares more about their pride than their professionalism.

My first time eating from this restaurant and I am in love. I don’t know why people are complaining about the portions. My bowl was absolutely full. I ate from it twice. The chicken was well seasoned and delicious. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and the rice was flavorful. I will be stopping again and again. Please don’t change a thing.
P. A. I do have one concern.
Why aren’t your cups tamper proof ? I think a sticker on both sides of the cup or a long strip that goes over the lid lets us know if the drinks were tampered with. You never know who’s delivering your food.

The food is amazing. Everything I have tried has been delicious. But Poke bowl is probably my favorite. Also it’s down the road from Snap Fitness on Racetrack (shameless plug 😝 )

My family has been loyal customers at this location since it opened. There must be a change in management because it’s gone downhill. The amount of toppings has been drastically reduced, yet the price has gone up. The salad dressing cups are half the size they used to be and they only fill them halfway. Nowhere near enough for a salad. They got rid of their citrus marinated chicken which was the selling point for us, otherwise it’s just a boring salad. They leave out toppings we’ve order and paid extra for. The avocado I got tonight had black on it. The price is not worth what we are getting. Maybe another location is worth trying. We will no longer patronize the Westchase location.
