The food itself tasted fine, they just put the smallest amount in the bowl. I never really eat at sofresh so I don’t know if they are known for small portions and I missed the memo. I mean, I don’t need the portions to be massive, I just think for $12 it should at least cover the bottom of the bowl. I was just so excited for the meal only to be extremely disappointed.

Went to westchase location today and they have the order kiosk, I dont know why because the cooks don't look at it. Got my order back it came with no chicken, gave it back to them ,they fixed and when it came back I noticed it had no rice in it, wtf. Cost too much for incompetence. Not to mention if you order from the kiosk you can't use or earn reward points. System fail! Won't be back until you fix guaranteed
