This was my boyfriend and I’s first time here and it was ok. I made my own bowl and he got a noodle bowls with veggies. They were both pretty oily and bland, a little salty as well. Mine came with quinoa and chicken that were supposed to be cooked with lemon but I didn’t taste any. I also paid $1.99 for goat cheese and barely got any. The chicken was a little too dry as well. His barely had any toppings and was mainly just a bowl of oily noodles. I wouldn’t come back here...
My first few experiences with the East Fowler SoFresh was atrocious so I vowed to never go again nor allow my family and friends to go so when I moved to this area, I was hesitant to try. The service was great (some guy with an apron, hat and glasses makes it so welcoming and the food taste better) food is healthy, beyond expectations with taste and service is exceptional. 6/5
The food at SoFresh is always delicious, fresh, and perfectly portioned. The ingredients taste high-quality, and every dish is packed with flavor. It’s my go-to spot for a healthy and satisfying meal!
