This place isn't what it used to be. Used to be full of life and fun to go to. Now it's a gamble. If you order cheese sticks, they come out cold. Order a small burger, comes out cold. Tater tots, cold. Slushes and ice cream are the only things worth going there for.

It’s lunch time and pulled up to the speaker.. waited about 4 mins and no one says anything so i pull Around to the and try to place a order at the screens and the guy goes “we will take the order in about 3 to 5 mins” who ever is running this location clearly isn’t coaching to customer service

The employee was very rude we asked for the manager and she responded back with “there aint no manager” she threw a drink in the car and proceeded to grab a knife. Don’t recommend going to this sonic.

In truth, Hayer gave me terrible service, that's why I only give it a single star, manager, I'm going to give you some advice, tell your employees to learn to give better customer service, the young woman who served me, Hayer, not even the good ones nights he gave me, and he was taking care of me and talking and chatting with the employee next to him, that's what you pay those employees for.
I love eating at Sonic but the customer service here is terrible.
Thanks to the person who handles these complaints, but you should do something about this Sonic Drive-In store because these night employees don't care that you are trying to do your best in all your capacities as the manager of this company, already The owner of the chain has delegated these matters to you due to your great administrative capacity, but if you evaluate over these years you have had a lot of problems with this store.
I'm going to give you some good advice, I worked for Chili's Restaurant for 5 years, I prepared all the food in the Restaurant and they have this system that in Spanish is the secret agent, this works like any customer, it evaluates the entire service from the moment you enter the restaurant. to the customer, the food and even the way the manager treated them, and two weeks later the evaluation arrives at the Restaurant. If it passes the inspection of the ghost agent, they give us certificates and a salary of $100 dollars to the employees who did well. to the chain, in 5 years I won several of these to God be the Glory.

Yes, I understand that you are so incompetent you can’t even get an order of two drinks correct. Kudos, it takes a special kind of talent to get that wrong.

It was my families first time going to a Sonic. We were expecting the same kind of reaction and treatment, you’d get from any other fast food chain. However to our surprise, we were greeted wonderfully by the staff. Truly giving “Service with a smile” vibes. The manager, Xavier was friendly, and made the atmosphere feel better. Giving recommendations and his favourite items, making it appealing to want to come back and try more items on the menu. Overall a good experience, so good that my brother wanted to invite Xavier, to his wedding.

This place is ghetto and that is an understatement! On arrival the employees were hanging outside and all of them ran in to take my order. This place is beyond unacceptable.

Easily the slowest " fast food" location around. (Watched a group of 4 get their orders one at a time over 20+ minutes). No lines present. Food's not amazing so the wait is untenable. Doesn't appear they care much so long as the checks clear. ALSO there was a guy in a sedan at the end spot, doors open smoking a blunt...so spare me the righteous indignation over the review.

Was the only car there & waited 20 minutes for my food. On top of the fact that NOTHING came out the right way. Said add ranch on the side, got no ranch. Said no mustard, add pickles, but i got mustard and no pickles instead. get a better staff. sad.

We waited at a window for nearly 15 minutes with no one else there. The red button would come on, someone would answer, not say anything, and then turn our button off. We didn’t get any service till we went through the drive thru. Almost felt like they were deliberately ignoring us because they didn’t want to have to walk outside. As someone who works in customer service, it was horrible.
