I ordered a bacon burger . Noticed it did not have bacon so I went back. They remade the burger without the bacon again. Sent email to corporate.

The wait times here are either decent or unbelievably slow. No in between. I’ve been coming here almost daily for the past week and every time they forget my sauce! Ice was added to my drink when I select no in the app, tho the location is right next to 2001 Odyssey so safe to say it’s worth it 😂

Disappointed to see this location going downhill. Staff clearly needs more support from the owner.
Last week I tried to go to this location and had to leave because the wait time was so long (30+ minutes for a single milkshake).
Yesterday, I tried submitting a mobile order to help with the wait time. I didn’t get my order (one drink and one milkshake) for almost an hour. I ended up going through the drive thru since clearly it wasn’t coming out to the mobile order pickup stall. The location didn’t even seem busy as there wasn’t very many cars in the parking lot!
Employees were screaming at each other and fighting to try and get orders done. They were trying their best, but it is clear they are under staffed or something is going on with how this location is managed.
Probably won’t be back for a while until these issues are fixed. There’s no reason for the wait times to be over an hour long for a small order.

I placed a mobile order at 10:25 PM at the Sonic on 2523 North Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa and did not receive my food until 1:00 AM. That is over two and a half hours for fast food.
I understand that late nights can get busy, but there was no communication about the delay and no clear check-in process. I had to call just to find out what was going on. Waiting over two hours without updates is unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience. Management needs to address how mobile orders are handled at this location.

We went through the drive-thru and had the pleasure of getting Kiaunale on the headset. We were honestly a bit difficult and made quite a few changes to our order, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She made every adjustment without hesitation and kept such a pleasant, friendly tone the entire time. Experiences like this are so rare these days, especially in a drive-thru, and we just wanted to recognize and praise her excellent customer service. She truly made our visit a great one.
