Splitsville Tiki + Social

I was on a cruise last week that was massively delayed due to fog. This place accommodated loads of displaced cruisers who were waiting to board the ship. There was bowling and other games to keep people entertained and distracted. The food was great and I absolutely LOVED the Macadamia Liquor in their Espresso Martinis. I'm not saying I had four of them ...

With so many people growing stressed and frustrated over the cruise delays (we didn't get on the boat until almost 2am) ... the serving staff at Splitsville offered good vibes all the way till closing.

Went to the Tampa Splitsville with family and friends on Presidents’ Day. I initially thought it’d be a bit crowded and hectic for my taste. I couldn’t be more wrong. We had a great time. Everything exceeded my/our expectations. The Manager Mike paid close attention to our group and made the visit that much more memorable.
If you read this, Mike, thanks again. The group from Lane #3 appreciate you.

The inside is awesome the people are friendly and great, but that girl that runs the drink stand outside was rude and completely ignored us. We don’t wanna give a person like that any business. She is not an asset and if her behavior isn’t corrected you will lose business. Horrible customer service when her job is to put a frozen drink in a cup. Someone needs to talk to her. No excuses. Ellie sucks! Get rid of her she is hurting that business with her horrible attitude.

Great food and atmosphere! We went for lunch and bowling and had so much fun!

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had, I’ve never stiffed a waitress on a tip until tonight. Food was alright but completely unseasoned. Burger King is a better option

Our waitress, Jada, was awesome and made us feel very welcomed during our meal there on our vacation!

Taini was working the Bamboo Bar. She is beyond awesome. Explained what was in each drink and even let us try the ones we were thinking of ordering. We sat and ate from that bar. It was non-stop patrons. She was never bothered or rude. She is a positive and professional member of the team, to say the least. Thank you Taini...

Fun place! We had a work party here and the food was top notch! We were all surprised in the quality. Bowling was a lot of fun also!

Great service, great food and great atmosphere. The loaded cheese fries are always a “must” for our family.

I had a great experience with our bartender, Ellie, and felt compelled to leave a review after seeing a negative one that didn’t match what I observed at all. She was professional, attentive, and courteous throughout my visit, and the drinks were well made. She treated everyone with respect and handled herself with a level of patience and professionalism that deserves recognition.

It was the worst experience in Bamboo Bar.

Came here today and my wife didn’t have her physical ID with her. She clearly does not look under 18. They refused to serve her or even make a cocktail.

Then I tried to buy a drink myself. An employee named Ellie (or Elle/Ellei) said she knew I would give it to my wife and refused to sell me alcohol at all. No photo ID accepted, no logic, no flexibility.

Completely ridiculous experience. Zero stars. Do not come here for drinks unless your ID is physically in your hand. One of the most absurd places I’ve ever been.

Well with the trip...great experience for Family and Business Associates!!!
