Spotlight catered my daughter’s doctoral celebration which was a two part event. Even with all the craziness this year and a change in staffing, things went off perfectly. From the beginning they understood the concept and my needs. I will definitely use them again.

Bones in pulled pork n cold due them putting food on table 3 hours before football game was over. Was on time yes took on big job yes. Could have been handled differently. Especially better bbq

Spotlight is probably the BEST bang for your buck! I shopped around for great food and great prices and we knew immediately that they were the ones during our taste testing. Leslie was so easy to work with and as a destination bride, email and communication was very important to me as we finalized our plan, details, and guest count and she knocked it out of the park. They cater to your needs with both food and display, and adjust everything to make your dream wedding come true. All my guests raved about the food and presentation and professionalism. My husband and I were happily married on 10/26/18, and had the absolute BEST food and service from Spotlight Catering! From the very beginning of our planning, (which started 2 years ago) until the end, this company truly was INCREDIBLE! I personally have worked in hospitality, catering/food & beverage/operations for over 15 years in 4 different states and was extremely impressed the entire experience. HUGE shoutout to Leslie, who was our main point of contact- majority of this is for you! She was very organized, detailed, helpful, friendly, went above and beyond at every point of conversation guiding us with expertise and knowledge for a flawless execution. The food, servers, hospitality, experiences, set up you name it on our wedding day were PHENOMENAL. The one important detail everyone remembers from a wedding is this aspect, and Spotlight Catering SOARED with flying colors! Thank you Leslie, cooks, linemen, servers, managers, everyone who assisted with making our wedding food EXCEPTIONAL and 5 stars over and over again. We will be eternally grateful and speak your praises forever and ever! We appreciate you!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Leslie and Spotlight Catering. Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process, they totally delivered on our wedding day as well. Leslie was flexible working with me and making adjustments as needed (even when she had her own wedding the same month as ours!). My guests loved the food and made comments about how good it was. The staff was beyond helpful and accommodating. They went as far as to keep refilling our cake stands with mini donuts (from a different caterer). We had buffet style stations and they made sure my husband and I had plates with food. I wish I knew all of their names, as they were fabulous. We not only used Spotlight for food, we rented linens from them as well that were a fraction of the cost our decor team was going to charge. My only regret is that we didn’t use Spotlight for everything else they have to offer. Highly recommend!

Spotlight catered my wedding and it was amazing! I did the food stations, because I like variety and everything was great. All of my guests raved about the food. The staff was exceptional and super nice. Highly recommend
