The rudest bartender ever. Only one person working. My kid was hungry waiting to order food. I was exhausted waiting. So finally we got our turn and she refused to service us because we asked how long will it take and why manager doesn’t bring more people. Lady with two braids just left my child hungry.I am very polite person and I i am a silver member but this attitude I see first time in my life and in America and in this park. You should never have one person working on restaurant and be so rude.And yes even drink she refused to serve as it would take too long.

Wife and I visited here to enjoy some non-walking time at Busch Gardens. The atmosphere was beautiful. Well done. The refreshments were absolutely refreshing. As far as the brick and mortar and finished product: A+.But the staff... Ok. I'll try to be fair. There was a fairly decent line going at the time. The one bartender did not appear motivated to move through the line. When wife was next in line (bartender didn't have much going on at the time), she waited approximately five minutes to be served. Another few minutes to get our two draft-poured beers and pay.I went up for the next round. No one in line. People either left or were helped. I waited a few minutes before she got to me. She actually helped someone sitting at the bar that got up, cut in front of me, and started to pay for his drinks. I was confused. I checked my memory if I had done something to upset the bartender. Nope, nothing.Overall... wow guys. You can do better than that.

Very nice space and the cool AC was a wonderful break from the heat. Prices are crazy but it’s a theme park and they had some nice beers.
