The rudest bartender ever. Only one person working. My kid was hungry waiting to order food. I was exhausted waiting. So finally we got our turn and she refused to service us because we asked how long will it take and why manager doesn’t bring more people. Lady with two braids just left my child hungry.I am very polite person and I i am a silver member but this attitude I see first time in my life and in America and in this park. You should never have one person working on restaurant and be so rude.And yes even drink she refused to serve as it would take too long.

My husband and I stopped in here to get out of the chilly air for a while and tried some great local beers! The bartenders Grace and Carolyn were lovely. We will definitely stop by next time we're in the

The beer that came with the Mardi gras punch card was tasty. We didn't taste the food so I can't speak on it. Service was a bit slow but he was pretty welcoming. Idk if he was overwhelmed but we got tired of waiting for another beer & left. Plenty of seating at the bar as well as outside.

Wife and I visited here to enjoy some non-walking time at Busch Gardens. The atmosphere was beautiful. Well done. The refreshments were absolutely refreshing. As far as the brick and mortar and finished product: A+.But the staff... Ok. I'll try to be fair. There was a fairly decent line going at the time. The one bartender did not appear motivated to move through the line. When wife was next in line (bartender didn't have much going on at the time), she waited approximately five minutes to be served. Another few minutes to get our two draft-poured beers and pay.I went up for the next round. No one in line. People either left or were helped. I waited a few minutes before she got to me. She actually helped someone sitting at the bar that got up, cut in front of me, and started to pay for his drinks. I was confused. I checked my memory if I had done something to upset the bartender. Nope, nothing.Overall... wow guys. You can do better than that.

Lucia and Carlos are top notch bartenders. Both are super attentive and very sweet. They make excellent drinks and carry on great conversation with their guests. We will come back for them!

A full bar in the middle of Busch Gardens serving beer on tap, wine and mixed drinks. They do not have hard seltzers, though, you'll have to find those elsewhere in the park. With indoor and outdoor seating, it is a very nice place to come to be to get out of the heat or rain. Sit and relax at one of their high-top tables or regular tables and enjoy the view while sipping on the beverage of your choice.
