I had the privelage of having a guest at my bar bring in some cupcakes from here. They were hands down the best cupcakes I have ever eaten. What an amazing surprise. Any time I am in the area, I will be sure to stop by! Delicious!

Let me start with the positive feedback first. The shop was very bright and colorful. The Cupcake ATM was a cute touch. There was only one other family inside of the shop which was odd for a Friday afternoon. The order kiosk was very user friendly. I was very excited to order the Barbie Cupcake at a whopping $6.. l rushed back to the hotel to eat the Barbie Cupcake. Did I mention that I was visiting from out of town and excited? The cupcake was the oiliest, worst constructed and the most horrible tasting cupcake like ever. It was absolutely unbelievable. The frosting, which was pretty good, completely fell off in one piece. I was left with an obliterated, medicine tasting cupcake. I wasn’t too pleased with the service either. That was a bit dry even through my smiling and being cheerful. Maybe the tin service needed some of the oil from the cupcake. Hopefully this was a bad day for them. Uber disappointed.Kid-friendliness: The shop is semi spacious and bright. There is limited seating.

Ordered a Valentine’s Day delivery for my partner at the very last minute. I ended up having to change the delivery time and the staff was very helpful on the phone for me to be able to do so. The order was delivered in timely manner and I don’t know what I would have done without Sprinkles!

Very disappointing, with two young ones in tow to get cupcakes, it went like this, the singing Cupcake ATM Machine broken more times than not (per the staff) so the singing video jingle while you order and the automated magic delivery experience didn’t happen. we went inside and very sterile environment with only pictures on the walls of cupcakes. The attendant inside was pleasant and quickly took our order. Save your money, $5.50 per small previously frozen cupcake that you could purchase better from Sam’s club is not worth the trip. No seating available so if it’s raining or cold you would have to stand inside to enjoy your cupcake.

I’ve been going to sprinkles for YEARS and today was the day I was disappointed esp with this new system. I miss the days when I can walk in, give cash and get my cupcake. NOW they don’t take cash, you have to agree to terms and conditions to buy a CUPCAKE? Then having to wait 5-15 mins for someone to put aPremade cupcake in a bag it’s ridiculous.. feeling people looking down on for having cash was crazy. Probably will never get a cupcake from here again.

There’s no cupcake like a Sprinkles Cupcake! I used to live in West Hollywood, CA & work in Beverly Hills, Sprinkles was a regular (personal) stop at least twice a week; more for work related celebrations! The ATM was brilliant for a quick pickup of a regularly ordered treat, and the staff always seemed as excited as I was about my order! (One sweet girl asked if I’d take a bite of the new special/limited time flavors before I left the shop .. and just for her I obliged!)Now that I live in Florida, Sprinkles is not as accessible as it once was, but I have a loyal sweet tooth. I go out of my way for this divine nirvana in a cupcake. (It’s a prerequisite anyware I live must have a Sprinkles within 50 miles)Bless you Candace! ♥️Dietary restrictions: There’s something delicious for everyone!I am not gluten free, I’ve got no restrictions, but I wanted to test the options to give an experienced opinion. (My sister in law is allergic to gluten, so it is important to me). I coud barely tell the difference between the gluten free red velvet and regular. Not many bakerys can pull it off, but Sprinkles nailed it!Parking: There is an open air mall at the location, parking depends on time of day & year.Kid-friendliness: Sprinkles is nationally known, menus are visible online and at the shop; if you’re taking a child, I highly recommend not entering the line until everyone has their order decided.

We were the only customers when we walked inside. You order at the kiosk and then they call your name. Theres also a cupcake ATM at the front of their store which is creative and cool. They don't have any of their cupcakes on display which I felt was odd. Just pictures on their wall of the items. We got two cupcakes and a cookie. While the cupcakes tasted fresh, it didn't give off that vibe. The place seems very transactional and off-putting that you can't actually see the selection of cupcakes. The frosting was not too sweet, which was a bonus. The bottom of the cupcake is smaller than one would think. It's almost like a mushroom shape with the bottom disproportionate to the top. This gave an imbalance of icing to cake ratio. Overall not bad, but a standard cupcake and was expecting more for the price.

The cupcakes were not so good!, I wanted to get a try because I hear a lot about this place but the cupcakes were not good and very expensive (6$ for a cupcake?, really?) 2 star just because you can enjoy the nice walk at Hyde park village...

It was so yummy and not rich at all! I’m not a big fan of frosting but the frosting was amazing! It is a cute little bakery! It reminds me of Crumbl Cookie.

Cupcakes taste incredibly fresh! We would visit every Sunday soon after music class from Ali's Songs for Tots. My son is not your average sweet eater, but he absolutely loves his Sprinkles Cupcake from Sprinkles!! Their cupcakes are so clean you have to eat them within 48hrs (the sooner the better). If you don't want to go inside, they also have a kiosk outdoors. This place is best to order to go, because it's small indoors to dine in... but it's possible.

Always enjoy seeing a baked goods vending machine. Didn't get to try it out though, we just went inside since they were still open. Tried a couple flavors, they were all good.

Fantastic cupcakes . Best place in the Tampa Bay area to get delicious cupcakes. All the ingredients are top drawer. Go out of your way to come here.

The best cupcake in Tampa. I come every once in a while for a sweet treat and this time I ordered 6 cupcakes. The chocolate easter cupcake was my favorite ever! So rich and chocolatey! I am never disappointed by the cupcakes here. Paula at the front was very nice and helped me pick the right cupcakes. She answered all of my questions with patience (I do not speak English very well) Sprinkles even re posted my story on instagram! Love the customer service!
