Francesca and her posse of petty coworkers all need an attitude adjustment. It’s very easy to read the room and see that things are busy and stressful as the first Monday of the year, but that doesn’t give the staff the right to bully their patrons for requesting no bacon due to pork allergy and not wanting to directly consume it while acknowledging there’s a certain degree of unavoidable cross contamination (if you don’t know, not every allergy consists of anaphylactic shock or extreme reactions 🙃). Being that the expo girl and woman chef in the black hat literally talked down on the request amongst one another out in the open and proceeded to laugh while alluding (with body language) that they would purposely make sure pork residue made it on my food, plus the expo girl crap talking the request to other patrons, I finally requested a refund once they gave me a sandwich that was entirely not what I ordered and I only had 5-10 minutes until boarding (after already waiting 15-20 minutes). Probably a blessing in disguise considering I can’t trust they weren’t immaturely messing with my food. Upon requesting the refund and bringing the poor (and frankly unacceptable) behavior to attention, Francesca wanted to argue with me and ask if I know how long she’s been up and at work as if she’s the only one going through life with any inconvenience. I’ve been here before, ordered and eaten here before, and regardless of how busy it is or is not, the employees are unpleasant and the service is slow which neither make up for a sandwich being $22 and mediocre.

Impressive on how poorly this place operates. Seriously. At least 6 people working the line and counter and still incapable of taking and order in nearly 20 minutes with virtually no line. At least 4 people demanded refunds because of no food and they were going to miss their planes.

If you don’t like food and don’t mind missing your plane, this is your place! Otherwise, go somewhere else. Don't even stop here.

It’s airport food, sure, but after spending almost $20 on a breakfast sandwich, tater tots, and water, I expect the food to at least be somewhat fresh. The tater tots were stale like they’d been sitting there for a while. Sandwich was soggy from sitting in wrapping. Will not be back.

I forgot there aren’t many options pass security point; best bet is to eat in the main area by ticketing before heading over to security.

The staff are all very nice and the food is decent for airport fare. The only thing is it’s a bit pricey for what it is, but it’s probably one of the better options in Airside F

The chicken burger was disgusting. For 20$ you expect a bit more even in the airport. Highly disappointed.

I bought the All American burger for my wife, and she got food poisoning from it. She was very sick for three days with a terrible stomach ache. My friend’s wife ate the same burger and also got sick. This was a really bad experience — I would not recommend eating here.

The chicken avocado sandwich was legitimately not edible. The chicken was so tough we could barely bite through it.
