This food was absolutely disgusting the meat didn’t taste the meat and it tastes like the tater tots were deep fried in piss.

Disappointing. I waited 30 min for a burger and fries. I paid almost $15 for this and was told there were no fries left, sorry. No partial refund or anything. Super disappointing. Will not come back again.

And…burger tasted gross. Agree with the other lady no flavor.

Kevin charged us for an “X-rated grilled cheese” that should have come with lots of toppings. Instead, we got a standard grilled cheese. When I asked for them to correct the order, the manager said that they would offer to give me the toppings and that I could fix it myself. Disappointed that they would not remake the order and did not offer to refund me so I only paid for the standard grilled cheese.

Service was quick and staff was nice. However, $18 for a flavorless burger and fries is not worth it. Burger tasted like something they took out of the freezer, heated up and put lettuce on. Fries were decent, but had to add salt. Wouldn’t eat here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was bad enough to warrant one. We ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches with tater tots, but after waiting patiently for a while, we noticed that orders placed after ours were being called. When we approached the staff to check if we missed our number, one employee told us they hadn’t called ours yet. However, when we tried to ask for more information, the staff member who took our order seemed to ignore us while speaking to the chef and didn’t provide any helpful communication. It felt like we were being brushed off without any attempt to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving and going to Starbucks instead.

While we understand that this restaurant is located in an airport and we shouldn’t have the highest expectations for food, we still hope that employees are kind, understanding, and willing to communicate with customers. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience here.

Just don't...."Angus" Burger? It's a high school patty with basic fries for over $20. This burger taste and looks like a free lunch at school. Makes Burger King look like a 5 star Michelin restaurant... It's a low grade reheated patty. For the sake of a better restaurant at the airport I hope it shuts down.

Let me save you some money. Just don’t! Sandwiches are decent just insanely overpriced but you pay an extra $2.65 to get french fries and they don’t even give you a small fry size. I literally have 20 cut french fries in my box with my sandwich. He would think they’d go all out on the cheap shit but they don’t.

The BEC breakfast sandwich is garbage. Sad quality of ingredients and over salted.

Is it just extremely picky to expect a bacon cheese burgers that cost $ 17.70 w/out tax to not taste like a frozen beef patty from Alidas grocery store. The tots were also over cooked.

For being in an airport, the food is very good, quite good quantity for 1 person and the burgers we ordered tasted very good.

It's airport food...but the burger wasn't too bad. I think people have too much expectation to be disappointed.

Expensive and bad.

Something is lacking here. Don’t expect a quick grab and go. It’s not for a lack of your order being taken. The problem is the time it takes to get your food. It took over 20 minutes to make one sandwich. While the breakfast sandwich was not bad, you’d think the sandwich would be fresh and piping hot since it took so long to make. Uhmmm, not so much. You may want to choose a different place if you’re limited on time.
