The same girl who is always there in the morning making the coffee is extremely rude and definitely knows how to ruin peoples day before work. She is extremely rude and very condescending to everyone.

Kris & Kristen are the best!! They greeted me with a huge smile and a wonderfully outgoing personality every time I went in during my stay at the Hilton. Starbucks needs more employees just like them!!

My first visit I encountered unhelpful staff. I went back during the afternoon and received much better service. Luckily both times the coffee was decent. Great location. Lots of seating inside the Hilton Downtown Tampa. This location is CASHLESS, so be prepared.

Just went here this morning and the staff was extremely rude. Both employees were not particularly pleasant, but the black lady making the coffees was being rude to multiple customers for really no reason at all. Too many great coffee places in the area to go to a Starbucks and deal with this type of customer service

I had asked for light ice in my water when I first placed my order and the next employee filled it to the top with ice. I asked “Can I please have light ice in my water” and the employee chucked the ice into the sink scoffed and rolled her eyes at me, then filled the cup with water leaving three ice cubes in the venti cup. There was no reason to have such a rude reaction when I had asked nicely and the place was slow with only two other customers. I said “thank you” and the employee ignored me

The cashier is very polite but there's always flies around and the people in charge of making the drinks are very hateful except for the new person they hired
I was in town for a cheerleading competition and stayed at the hotel. I couldn’t remember my drink and the cashier name Kristen helped me figure it out and made it amazing. She talked to me about cheer and college. Very nice lady. Cant wait to come back.
