I’ve had great experiences with the individual workers inside of this location, however, I am boycotting this company due to their ongoing support of Israel during the genocide of Palestinians. As it pertains to the cost and quality of this company, everything is overpriced, and the drinks don’t even taste that great. So, it will not be hard to boycott this company. I encourage you to do the same!

We went for an afternoon walk to find some coffee and ended up here. This is the Starbucks tied to the Hilton which you can enter directly from the main street. Nice big location and the staff were friendly and fast.

It was very convenient having a Starbucks at the Hotel when it’s “too late” for breakfast and them serving breakfast all day. Service was good and food was delish.

I have come in on several occasions for my coffee in the morning and I have been served by a clerk who has discriminated against me for being Hispanic and of a different skin color, bad attitude, makes faces and between her lips, speaks in a low voice and her offenses are not understood, I don't care I highly recommend that shift of work
Slowest Starbucks on the planet two days in a row. Avoid this Starbucks if you value your time.

When it comes to customer service, it is very monotone and not that great. Especially the cashiers. Also, who has a drink menu where some drinks are caffeinated and others are not, and it's not labeled on the menu itself. I bought a vanilla bean Frappuccino, which is basically a milkshake, with no coffee. Because I didn't know that the caramel one was the one the caffeine was in since it's not labeled any where. Since I didn't want a milkshake for breakfast, I ordered another drink. I got a Iced caramel cold brewThe cashier asked me if I wanted milk, but none was added to my drink after I said yes. She decided to remake my drink, and she proceeded to spill the current drink into the sink and reuse the same plastic cup without even rinsing it, which contained salt.. (they also accidentally made a salted caramel cold brew) So when I get my cold brew with milk back, it taste like salts, and I had my boyfriend try it to, which he confirmed tasted very salty.I then went to them and let them know about this, to which they made a new drink in a new cup, and upon trying it, my boyfriend and I both agreed it tasted very different than the first drink. Do not recommend this location.
