I’m honestly speechless. The service was terrible, and somehow the coffee tasted even worse. Definitely not coming back.

Waited 30 minutes for just two coffees, which ended up tasting watery. The Frappuccino was completely melted by the time I got it. Very disappointing and not worth the wait.

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. My coffee tasted extremely bitter, and the cold foam on top was watery instead of thick and creamy like it’s supposed to be. I also specifically ordered extra caramel drizzle, and there was barely any on the drink.

On top of that, the cheese danish I received was cold, even though I had literally just gotten it about 5 seconds before taking a bite. It definitely didn’t seem warmed or fresh at all.

For the price Starbucks charges, I expected much better quality and attention to the order. This visit was really disappointing.
This always happens at this location and the line always long I’ll never be coming back I’ll be going to the west hillsborough location!!!

The employees work hard here and do care. Patience is sometimes a virtue as they have a long drive thru queue each (Saturday) morning. I sip in and then take a free refill to go!

The food is accurate, but they are ridiculously SLOW! No matter what time i put my order in through the app, there's always a wait when i arrive... please give them more ovens or something... Make sure you have time to wait if you plan to come here

This is the slowest Starbucks in Tampa . Normal wait time for drive thru is about 15-25 minutes. This is from 8am-4 pm. If you see line from main road just avoid because you will be here close to 30 mins . This is not just one time thing , it is the same Monday thru Friday .

We ordered on the app and went inside to pick it up. There was no parking. Inhad to park next door. The drive thru was around the corner. This location is definitely not on a large enough piece of land. Food was as usual. No problems.

This has been my go to Starbucks for years, but the service and quality has declined so much in the last year that there’s no reason to come to this location when there’s another on Hillsborough five minutes down the road. I don’t appreciate waiting almost 25 mins in the drive thru to be treated condescendingly by the barista and called, “hun”, and being out of the caramel brûlée this early in season with just a belittling attitude. Never bailed out of a drive thru line so fast before. I promise I’m not a Karen. Just expect decent service and will spend my money elsewhere.
