Some days this Starbucks earns 5 stars, but some days only 3 stars. On the good days, the staff is vey nice, service is prompt and everything tastes as it should. On the bad days, the service is oddly slow and the coffee is not hot. Today was a bad day. I order a cup of dark roast on the app. 15-20 minutes after my order, it was still not ready even though the app said it was. After seeing me waiting for a while, someone did ask what I was waiting for and they quickly poured me a cup. I took my first sip after getting back in my car and the coffee was like warm and bitter. It was too late for me to turn around.

EDIT: the employees have begun snapping attitude and making EVERY ORDER of my last week of orders wrong. this needs to be fixed.get it together….honestly makes me really sad to review so lowly as the employees here are always working SO hard and are always kind but you SERIOUSLY need to hire more people or properly distribute your work load. my mobile orders are never ready 10 minutes post ordering and the lobby is always either empty and they still take forever or the lobby is completely packed and there is like no recovery point. Management needs to step up. Good job employees; keep your head up and keep doing your job.

I was in there during lunchtime and the baristas were referring to the local students that come after school as “rats.” Just thought that was inappropriate to loudly discuss how much you detest this population so much that all your customers in line could hear. I imagine they provide significant business to this location.

Extremely slow. I ordered a blueberry muffin and Danish not warmed up. It wasn't too busy. 15 minutes later and after checking for status twice (ignored the first time) we just left the order open.

I came at 3pm and there were only a few people inside and my mobile order that said it would be ready at 3:02 was still not ready at 3:15. When I asked she took it out of line and made it, which I appreciate but it should I not take that long when it isn’t even busy.

what i like about this location is that there was no drive-thru which make sitting outside side much more pleasant than other locations where cars are wrapped around the building and outdoor seating area.
