Did not do my order correctly at all. Does not even know how to make matcha. i asked for a cold drink and gave me a hot one after that.

Takes forever here at times. Waited 15 to 20 minutes for my drink. I didn't even order food

I walked in and went straight to the register. No one greeted me, no one said hello. I saw a dessert and a drink. They looked at me and didn’t say anything but started making the sandwiches. A girl came over and asked if I needed a bag which I did for two sandwiches and dessert. She gave open the bag and put it on the counter and walked away. I put the items in the bag myself and walked out. Staff was cold and unfriendly. Maybe management should tell the employees to greet everyone and acknowledge them. Not a place I would return. At least not at this location.

I ordered an iced coffee, expecting a refreshing pick-me-up. Instead, I got a cup overflowing with ice, turning my drink into a watered-down disappointment in mere minutes—a total waste of money. Over time, I’ve noticed a steady decline in both service and coffee quality across multiple Starbucks locations. For the prices they charge, every sip should be a masterpiece. I once proudly called myself an avid Starbucks drinker, racking up points like a seasoned pro. But in the end, what did it all amount to? A pricey illusion. I had such a great experience at the Starbucks on Westshore and Kennedy in Tampa! I accidentally messed up my online order, and the team there was so kind and understanding. Without any hesitation, they remade my drink for me—even though the mistake was totally mine. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure I left happy. It's not just about the coffee (which was perfect, by the way)—it's the genuinely friendly and helpful staff that makes this location stand out. Thank you for turning my day around!

They are so nice here! Service was very quick and the drinks were tasty. I dropped my cake pop on the floor and they were so quick to offer me a new one.

WOW my husband went in at 7:50 pm and the store closing time is 8pm, and the person named AUR said: hi we closed the coffee machines we close at 8!
My husband responded with: its 7:50!
She proceeded with : “well its going to take 5 min just to turn it back on!!!!

OMG ! Wow! Wow! WHO says that?! WHO closes a business 10 min before closing time and literally says to the client that walks in: oh we closed down the machines !!!

I am speechless!! Starbucks this employees action is so embarrassing and unacceptable!

Very fast and friendly service the barista was very personable and knowledgeable of the menu and differences between coffee and espresso. My order was made correct the first time which I love. I got the triple shot of espresso with four pumps of mocha and non-dairy vanilla, sweet cream made to perfection will definitely return.

This is honestly embarrassing at this point this is the 3rd time something has happened with my order!! The first time time they only gave me a sandwich with egg, then they messed up my order which rob was nice enough to give me a freebies for but now I get back to work to eat and I open my sandwich to make sure it’s right and there’s a bug inside of my food!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! like do better Starbucks! ATP it’s a waste of money. Everytime its something new unfortunately I’d suggest hitting the Starbucks further down Westshore!!! Like come on yall!!! I’m just a girl fr.
