Worst frappe I've ever had from Starbucks. Bitter, no sweetness at all, watery even though I known it had just been made. Barista acted like he had a personality of a rock.

I don’t like the new design layout. There’s very limited seating now and of course the parking always is terrible in this location but the coffee and food is always good. I probably won’t be coming back to this one anymore because I like to sit on my laptop for an hour or so.

Staff is terrible, will not only give you the wrong order but charge you again to order what you ordered the first time. Not to mention the second drink was full of unbroken ice… Coming from out of town this is the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had.

This is my favorite starbucks location. Even though it doesn't have a drive thru, I still prefer it. I stop on my way to work and order online for a fast pick up. Staff is super friendly and efficient, but most of all, they always get my order just right. So sad it will be closed for renovation, but I'm pretty sure the new upgrades will be amazing.

Always friendly and fast service

I came in with my bf and was given dirty looks from the time we stepped in, I asked and paid for a large Caramel ribbon crunch and then they gave me a small and when I tried to get the workers attention they continued to give me a dirty look and a line was forming so I just left, music was also extremely loud overall all bad vibes

Pickup with the app service seemed much faster than us ordering inside and waiting. There did not seem to be much concern for the wait time.

After having a very stressful and hard day hubby and I decided to stop by and get a frap and latte. Kasey was the most outstanding barista. Nowadays we don’t feel welcome but today was a different story a smile changes moods and after having her recommended us a drink we can say that it was wonderful tasting and service with a smile never gets old . Thank you for being so attentive and great at what you do will be returning to see that smile. Kasey hope I spelled it right.
