We just purchased 2 Carmel fraps the one was leaking all over. The lid didn’t fit & the cup was cracked. The 2 ladies were very rude when we asked for a replacement. They just wanted to pour it into another cup putting the whip. Team on the bottom. The gentleman that initially took our order was very pleasant.
