This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. The line for the drive-thru was backed up to the road, blocking traffic so I went inside instead. BIG MISTAKE. I should have turned and walked back out when I saw at least 15 people waiting for their orders. But I was hopeful I wouldn't be waiting for too long (wishful thinking). As I waited for my order, customers who had been waiting since I walked in had to remind the baristas about their orders. They just kept saying they were two to three drinks behind. Only when customers complained that they were waiting too long and wanted their money back did they finally make their drinks. I used to be in and out in under 5 minutes but now i would be lucky if I get my order taken within 10 minutes. I understand that they are at their busiest in the morning but to wait over 25 minutes is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and left.

Horrible operation here. They obviously get a lot of online orders which unfortunately takes precedence over the people standing in the lobby waiting over 18 minutes for a coffee and a danish. The workers did just fine, I'm sure they are rushed as this is a busy store. However, upper management needs to step in and reorganize the way in which your purchase is handed to you. $11 for a coffee and danish and my items are placed in a pile like it's a trough. Starbucks used to be more high end. This is not. Please do some organizing within this store to get the online orders consolidated in their own pickup area.

I can never read the persons name I'm referring to bc it's written on their apron and not on a name tag. This is the 4th encounter I've had with the purple haired girl who's usually at the drive thru window. She is by far the rudest and snarkiest Starbucks employee I've ever encountered . She always makes it seem like anything and everything is an extreme inconvenience to her. I'd rather drive out of my way to another location that have to deal with her a 5th time.
