I got to this location a lot and the team is always super friendly and helpful BUT TODAY - above and beyond! Was having an off day so I stopped by and just wanted something ✨cozy✨ (it’s rainy and cool out). They asked me a few questions and when I got to the window, the drink that they made me was amazing!! It’s a chia with oat milk and brown sugar- no water. It should just be added to the menu! Such a fun experience and the team member/s really made my day. Thank you for the fun experience and for always been so lovely My day has officially gotten better cause yall were in it!

I rarely go to Starbucks (or coffee shops in general) so it slipped my mind that Starbucks always packages their items for carry out, so when I placed my order, out of habit I asked for it “To Go”. The cashier asked “To Go”? I responded “Yes plz, thank you” as I was putting gratuity in the tip jar. As he turned away he made a point to say aloud to his co-worker “Hey when you make that for Bill, make sure you make it “To Go” in a kinda wink wink nudge nudge manner that was obvious. I got my order shortly thereafter and on the receipt labels the cashier had typed *For Here*. Fun is fun I guess, but if you’re gonna ridicule a guest over a trivial matter, just make sure you don’t make it obvious when you’re doing it in front of their face. The latte and sandwich were great btw.

I like coming to this Starbucks because everyone has always been friendly, so far, and they make my drinks right. Most other Starbucks kinda mess up my drinks. But they are super busy in the early morning, so if you order ahead you gotta do it like 20-30 minutes ahead. I usually order before I leave my house which is 15 minutes away and it was often not ready for another 5-10 minutes when I get there. Yikes. Not good if you're trying to make it to work on time! But just something you gotta keep in mind. They can't control how many people go here, the next closest Starbucks is in the malls. But definitely wish their parking was more adequate.

Never in my life... I was in the drive thru ordering drinks for me & my family... when suddenly I get a rude interruption at the end of my order: "MA'AM! Next time you are ordering this many drinks you need to go inside and order."EXCUSE ME? My response was... "Wow... I have never been told such a thing... that was kinda rude..."Starbucks response: "It's a Starbucks thing... not trying to be rude but you're holding up the line..."Today is Saturday, January 27, 2024 5:50 pm... Who ever is working at Starbucks at this location is trash. I'll go buy my family drinks at another location.

Time and time again I order 30 minutes ahead of time on the app and end up waiting 15 minutes in the store to not get my order and end up leaving empty handed.Can’t approach the staff about it because they will ignore you or brush you off.Overall, left disappointed again
