Staff is extremely friendly. The staff made my day with polite, positive early morning conversation. Inside space to sit is limited to 1 table of 6 chairs but has lots of outdoor covered space. Conveniently located near multiple hotels and the train stop.

Imagine running through the convention center to get to Starbucks. You arrive almost 30 minutes before they close and they've already locked the doors

They dropped a piece of the sugar packet wrapper in my drink and served it to me anyway and i almost drank it - made it to my mouth. I’m drinking and next thing I know there’s something coming out of the lid slot into my mouth - yuck. My drink came out way ahead of my food, that I got long after others who came in the store after me. Some employees call out orders by customer name while others just drop them on the pick up bar, so everyone has to keep coming over and reading each label. I asked an employee why they don’t call them out “oh there’s too many” she says. Fortunately there are other coffee shops in downtown Tampa and I can cross this store off my list.

Supposed to be open at 6:00. Went by there and it’s closed. Came back at 6:40 and they’re still closed. Guess management doesn’t care about being open on time.
Bad service, they even charge you for breathing and you buy a coffee and they give you just water.

Tyler is an excellent barista who has never gave me my wrong order, he is also the funniest and most amazing person you'll ever meet. Tyler is definitely the heart and soul here and so glad that he's my barista and he's like a family member
This is seriously the worst run Starbucks in the state. Slow and rude. Please get some better help to work here. Went here twice and the line is short but the wait is long. Pack your lunch before you come here, you’ll need the nutrition to get you through the wait.
