Supposed to be open at 6:00. Went by there and it’s closed. Came back at 6:40 and they’re still closed. Guess management doesn’t care about being open on time.

Bad service, they even charge you for breathing and you buy a coffee and they give you just water.

Tyler is an excellent barista who has never gave me my wrong order, he is also the funniest and most amazing person you'll ever meet. Tyler is definitely the heart and soul here and so glad that he's my barista and he's like a family member

This is seriously the worst run Starbucks in the state. Slow and rude. Please get some better help to work here. Went here twice and the line is short but the wait is long. Pack your lunch before you come here, you’ll need the nutrition to get you through the wait.

Shoutout to Tyler for the amazing recommendation! I was torn between an iced caramel macchiato and something festive, and Tyler suggested the Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino, saying, ‘It’s the season, and it’s the best!’ He wasn’t wrong—it was absolutely delicious and exactly what I needed to get into the holiday spirit. Tyler’s friendly and helpful attitude made my visit even better. Thanks for the great suggestion—I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Tampa!

Closed an hour early for no reason no notice on door, on a Saturday with a huge event and a convention going on. Appearantly this is a common occurrence, according to many other reviews. Thumbs up. 👍 on your business model.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. They are extremely unorganized and there are only 3 employees working. It took over 20 minutes for me to get a breakfast sandwich. And it wasn’t really that good. This is extremely unacceptable.

Like, is supposed to be open at 6:00AM, i placed a mobile order at 6:27 that have to be ready at 6:32, 6:35AM here and they just opened, the lady’s face and attitude is pathetic, very unprofessional ignore the fact i selected WHOLE MILK and i saw her clearly using 2%, the drink at least is good
enough

Really rude employee. I walked in before 4 and she she said they were closed. I said I'm sorry the door was unlocked! And she said she was just about to go lock it. Usually if you're able to walk in, they will take your coffee order and lock the door so other people can't come in. Huge bummer.
