Worst Starbucks on the planet. Out of all food and the lady assisting you has a horrible attitude. Starbucks should close this location, that's the only solution.

Supposed to open at 0600 but refused to open because she was the only one there and couldn't make that many drinks at one time! Hopefully they dont pay her for the waisted hour waiting instead of actually doing her job and making coffee!

I love pink drinks but here I didn’t get the dry strawberries. When I asked to put them, the person put like 3 pieces only with a very unhappy face. Please keep in mind that points rewards are not counted here because this particular Starbucks does not relate to the network but gives a receipt from Hilton Embassy Suites.

Got to be the rudest customer service I've ever experienced. The younger girl was fine but the older short, squat one was the nastiest b*itch I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. Just quit lady. No one wants to see your scowling-ass face all weekend. My wife noticed the same thing. Makes bad coffee too.
Ridiculously slow and a bit disorganized. They should know the schedule of events at the convention center and other downtown venues, and staff accordingly. Repeated the order 2x and still got it wrong. Although, I must add they're trying.
