As a frequent Starbucks customer this is by far the best location! I will drive out of my way to go to this location! Cliff, Mack, Dan, Kenny, and Matt are great!!! Cliff knows my drink order better than my husband!

The store was dirty. The glass door had hand prints and smudges and the service was bad. I ordered a grande Honey Citrus Mint Tea and stood in the waiting area for 10 minutes. They weren't busy so inquired about my drink. Turns out they never called my name and my drink was simply sitting there.

Excellent service, food and coffee. In comparison to the Starbucks on 56th street, this Starbucks maintains the standard of excellence. No matter how rushed, they are always friendly, they acknowledge you and has never messed up a cup of coffee. The food is always fresh and when you ask them to warm it up, it's actually hot, as opposed to the one on 56th street, I have had to ask them to "re-warm" it each time. This is all to say that although they are busy, they treat you kindly and give you what you actually ordered. I have been going to Starbucks for years and this location always has a good cup of coffee and the food is always on point. The morning crew is spectacular. They should take a trip down the street and go train the ones on 56th and Bertha. I ordered from Bertha this morning, it was so bad I had to throw it away. No need for a re-make.. it's always bad, diluted coffee and stale food. I digress... this Starbucks and it's crew is FABULOUS!
