This is my second time ordering something from here. It’s normally busy but I was able to walk up to the counter and order and there wasn’t many people waiting. I ordered a grande iced white chocolate mocha with no whipped cream. The girl who took my order even repeated my order back correctly. As you can tell it’s not in a plastic cup, I didn’t even hear them call my name until I walked up to the counter and saw my name (I took it anyway because I needed to leave). I was already off campus when I took my first sip and noticed something was off. When I got home I saw that it was just plain milk.

I ordered a grande iced matcha latte with extra 2 scoops of matcha, which makes it 5 scoops (grubhub app states that each original grande iced matcha latte drink. However, i saw them put in only 3 scoops of matcha powder. The cold foam also looks a but weird.

There was a new young lady at the drive in window this Sunday morning. Poor etiquettes and customer service, not the normal pleasant service. I’ve come to expect. Especially when paying $6 dollars for a cup of coffee

I bought a coffee and asked for tap water. They started charging for tap water, that is insane. Their excuse: "We are not a franchise."

That wasn't the experience that I was expecting from Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks ever. Totally same order, but they charge more than other stores. The attitude of the staff is very bad. If you ask why they charge more than other Starbucks stores, they'll say they're not Starbucks, they work for USF.

Why list it as a public Starbucks if the security guard won't let anyone come in without a student badge? Drove all the way to buy a coffee and was told to leave without a student ID.

When I arrived my order was missing although it said it was prepared. They lied about cancelling and refunding my order. I had to contact customer support to get my order cancelled. Every time I go here they always get something wrong.
