Easily one of the worst Starbucks. Just skip the ones on Dale Mabry completely and go elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Person taking the order was super condescending and made fun of the order. I’ve been a customer for years and never come across that. It was surreal. I think better training on customer service would definitely be needed. Still surprised she thought it was ok to act that way to anyone. She also was snide with her co-worker, who she pushed making the order on after she took it at the register. Maybe a bad day, but who knows…

i used to manage a starbucks. When we look for amazing employees. These are the ones we look for. The entire team was great. Great communication between roles, store was clean both inside and out, and it was so neatly kept. Heck, i ordered a matcha frapp and a cakepop and they wrote to have a great day. Because of you, i will have a great day. Thank you ❤️

Expresso machine was “down” for the fourth time. Staff was their normal rude selves. Closest Target unfortunately. After numerous reviews about the Expresso room, I wonder if anything will be done?!

The target is nice and clean. It’s enjoyable to shop there and the customer service is great BUT the barista there Shreya (starbucks) has messed up not one but twice by charging me more then it should. Then proceeds to give me attitude, saying that’s not what she heard. It’s not hard to repeat the order or to simply apologize. Instead she rolls her eyes and gives me a refund. No apology, no sincerity, just straight rudeness.

I was discriminated against. I am Caucasian. I approached Starbucks at 950pm. Closing time 10 pm. Black female stated we closed ( despite I just witnessed worker making another customer ( black male) a drink. Then I witnessed the black worker walking away with 2 drinks for herself . I am appalled she refused to make me a drink because I am a white female.
