I only come to this Starbucks because it’s the only one in the area, but honestly, it’s one of the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. First off, they are always out of stuff, even though the app says it’s available. It’s beyond frustrating to order ahead and show up just to hear, “Sorry, we’re out of that.”
The customer service? Let’s just say it leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes they’re friendly, but most of the time, it feels like I’m inconveniencing them by being there. On top of that, getting my drink made correctly is a gamble I rarely win.
Also, whether the place is packed or nearly empty, they’re always slow. I’ve waited an unreasonable amount of time even when I was the only person in line.
If there were another Starbucks nearby, I’d be there in a heartbeat. This location seriously needs to step it up.

The iced matcha latte is OVERSWEET! And the problem is I wasn't allowed to reduce the amount of sweetness when ordering via the app. Overpriced but annoying experience!

I got to this Starbucks before almost every night shift. I never wait in line, my order is always perfect and the workers never fail to make my day! They are always so kind and positive!

Making your customers use “the box” and sacrifice rain getting into their cars is crazy.. this location is bleh … I was told that I either have to get water in my car to place the order at “the box” or I have to use the app to place my order… something that should’ve took five minutes ended up taking 20…

I’ve coming to this Starbucks constantly since 2021. In my experience, food is good (not that many mistakes and when it happens they fix it). There’s 2 most issues for me..
1. Employees - they used to be cool and polite but for a while now they’re not polite at all. Bad mood lack of support. When I need any help, I try to be understanding of how busy they can be at that moment. So I wait until somebody can help me. But they just ignore you, no eye contact like “one minute” nothing… if you say “excuse me” they treat if an atitude. One thing though.. the newer employees tend to be more polite. Overwhelmed but polite. The older employees nooo! (If a few exceptions) Terrible attitude! Today for example, I stopped for a coffee all 3 girls (plus one of the old employees) I see are newer and I will tell you what: they are the responsible for the star services got. Unfortunately, because of the older rude employees I can not give a better review for services.
2. The place is nice inside and outside. But why do they keep this place so cold???! Those table face the frozen vents..
I don’t do lots of reviews but I had to do this because I hope they fix it. This place used to be amazing, it has so much potential and I wish it goes back to the good Starbucks it used to be. I used to have a restaurant and I know how though working with food can be. And my biggest issue used employees the same way good employees would be part of the solution. Advice: get new people training them to keep the principal of kindness (make sure they won’t get in the same vibe of the old ones) and get rid of the old ones who won’t fit in those standards. Ps. Sorry if there’s “old employees I don’t see as much or are the exception.

7 $$ bucks for a small drink mixed with a drop of essence and 3/4th of ice is ridiculous. It’s not about the people working here..overall the company that rips off people with gimmicks.
