I love this store near me, everyone is friendly and they are pretty fast considering how much foot traffic they get being so close to a few neighborhoods + apartment complexes. My drinks are usually pretty consistent and they are always quick to remake anything exactly how I like it 😊

The closing shift on Saturday 2/28 were acting like pre pubescent teens who need hand holding - purposely making childish sounds in the speaker & at the window. The girl on window has done it a lot. She’s probably trying to show off for the guys & seems she needs a father figure or manager to hold her hand not a job at Starbucks.

It takes so long to get what you want, every time I come here the drive through takes 15 minute get your order and another 15 minute to get to the window to pick up your order
I do like this location , and I come to this location just when I don’t have another choice.

Just hopped in for our usual morning coffee at Starbucks, I was served by Marina who has a beautiful, bubbly personality. Our food was just as we liked it and our coffees were awesome, Marina Bought our food out to our table and wished us all the best for the remainder of our holiday. We have visited many Starbucks since being in America and this has to be one of the top three. if we lived close by, this would be our local daily Coffee shop.
But I would like to make a special mention to Marina who brightened our day.
The store was clean, toilets clean. All team members presented tidy and were productive.

These employees need to be trained better when it comes to making drinks. I ordered an almond milk Frappuccino with strawberry cold foam. I got a Frappuccino with no coffee in it with regular cold foam. I’m guessing they forgot to add coffee it was just white. It’s like they just made it whatever way they wanted to smh.

I frequently visit this location. Today I had a terrible experience, I placed my mobile order at 10:57 and it says it will be ready at 11:08. I arrive to the store at 11:08 and I see my bagel is ready. My drink is not ready so I keep waiting and waiting for it to be ready because I understand the store is busy, I ask an employee at 11:20 where my drink is she doesn’t know, gets distracted and helps another customer, then goes to the counter by the drive through window at 11:25 and told me it had been sitting there the whole time. I was extremely annoyed as my drink was now watered down, and I was waiting for almost 20 minutes for my drink when it should’ve been placed on the mobile order counter as soon as it was ready. I told the employee I had been waiting the whole time for it and she said nothing. This made me late for work. I expect Starbucks to do better. I am frequently in this location and they mess up almost every time, or I wait an extremely long time for my order. Very disappointed and will stop spending my money to this location and business.
