Order window is not really visible on drive thru for someone's first time at this location , I drove around and waited in line of 6-8 vehicles , approx 20 mins for a cup of coffee and was refused service when I reached the window with attendant

Dumbest drive thru set up ever. Don't try getting a coffee on the way to work unless you really love corn mazes and don't care about being very late for work.

absolutely vile bathrooms. i am a girl but i had to use the men’s because of how gross it was. hate to imagine what their back of house space looks like. they made my drink with sugar, despite me not ordering it with sugar and it was for a diabetic. won’t be back.

I went in the drive through this am, the line was very long, somehow after waiting 15-20 min I get to the window only to realize I missed the order box somehow. The young girl at the window says well you can make the line again or go inside. I go inside with my infant son. Order, no one asked my name or anything. As I sit and wait , I see more and more people getting theor names called and givem theor order. I said excuse me do you know how much longer for my order... she eye rolls turns around, looks at some cups and starts to make it. She looks at another girl and says it's only been 3min. Well yes maybe, but that's on top of the 15 I waisted in drive through.. then she walks over says, is this it and literally slides it across the counter and walks away. Disgusting service. Today's society I screwed with all these kids thinking they are holier than though. Please teach your employees empathy and customer service.
