This has never happened to me before at this location. I ordered a small coffee with light ice, and they didn’t even fill up the rest of the cup. To believe I paid almost 7 dollars for this is crazy. This is only about 4 to 5 sips

We stopped at this Starbucks to get coffee and food, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. From the interaction at the drive-thru window to the quality of the food and drinks, everything fell short. There was no greeting, and the interaction felt long and awkward. The cinnamon pull-apart I ordered was listed as warmed on the receipt but was served cold, and the sandwich was poor in quality. As for the drinks, they were not prepared correctly—despite requesting vanilla sweetener, the drink tasted like plain milk with espresso shots. While it’s possible this was an off day, the overall experience was disappointing enough that I would not return to this location.

Very confusing. The staff is here, but if you order inside, you end up waiting 10–15 minutes for your coffee because they only seem to prioritize the drive-thru. They really need to balance the service so people inside don’t have to wait so long.

I visited several stores in the Tampa area and without a doubt this is my favorite, I visited the store at 07:00 am, friendly service on the speaker and at the window much better service, they make one feel happy.

They redesigned the interior and in doing so, removed 80% of the seating, in exchange for STORAGE SPACE! It’s a shame really, since it’s the only Sbux open past 8:30pm within 25 miles. We used to spend so much time (& money) here for the late hours and study space.

The best Starbucks around! Not only is the coffee and food perfect every time. The entire staff is just amazing and so kind! They all go above and beyond every day! They're all a key part of my day and they make every day of mine better! Extremely thankful for all of them! I always go in to pick up my order and despite how busy it can be they always find the time to say something kind of to brighten up the day!
